I ordered an iPhone 15 pro max phone case 02.02.2024 and it arrived 07.02.2024, however Aspinal had sent the wrong case. I contacted them by email the same day and was asked to send a photo which I did. I was then told really sorry but I had been sent the iPhone 15 pro case and would I please return it, I did the next day 08.02.2024. I contacted Aspinal again 14.02.2024 to ask when I would be receiving the replacement and was told:
I do understand that the orders come in cages, delivered back by different shipping companies, and they have to be processed systematically, or they will be damaged or lost. We have alerted the returns department to your return, giving them the return date and the by whom so they can locate this quickly once they get to the return date of the 12th. This comes from the reply I received, What does this mean????
Great, it wasn’t my fault that the wrong item had been sent. I’m still waiting for the case to arrive and no idea when I am going to receive it. After paying £55 + £4.95 postage and many items bought in the past this shall be the last time I shall buy anything from Aspinal.
