Wouldn't touch their tables with a barge pole. I ordered a dining room/pool table. After assembly, I noticed a line/ridge was running down the side of the table. I contacted Home Leisure, who informed me it would brush out. How the hell will a ridge in the MDF brush out? The table was swapped after poor customer service not replying to my correspondence within a timely manner. Another table was sent, and again, after messing about dismantling the old table and assembling the 2nd table, only to find a nail protruding from the MDF through the cloth. Also on the legs and underneath the table, the wood effect was cracked, chipped & dented. Total disgrace for a £700 table. No real apology for the poor quality. I was asked if I wanted another table and politely declined.

I then purchased roughly the same table from Liberty Games, £200 cheaper, better quality & better customer service. There was a slight mark on the table tennis side of the table top, bang, without question, I was asked if I wanted a replacement or £50. I took the £50 as I could live with the mark.
In all, I am totally satisfied with the table from Liberty Games.

DO NOT BUY A PRODUCT FROM MUSIC MAGPIE, THEY ARE THIEVES.
I order & paid for a mobile phone over 2 weeks ago and still not received the phone.
Everytime I ring music magpie I am told the the matter will be escalated and I will hear back within 48hrs, I never hear back from them.

Update on my purchase 15/03/2024

Wow amazing, been trying to either get my phone or my money back and amazingly the day after I wrote the above review my refund was in my bank account, wowwww. They did lie on the email stating the warehouse was unable to send my phone out due to it being out of stock yet I went on the web site and it was still showing as avaiable, hmmmmmmmm

Michael from the Lowestoft branch couldn't have been more helpful. He was also polite, respectfully and very friendly.

We were originally going with B&Q but a fitter recommended Howdens, so glad he did. Not only are Howdens kitchens a better quality than B&Q Michael managed to beat them on price.

Fantastic service so far, kitchen will be delivered Friday and installed early February. Michael has also reassured us that any problems with the kitchen Howdens will do no matter what to help us.

Downloaded Microsoft office 2016 after entering the key it stated that the key had already been used, rip off or not wait to see Monday if they get back to me with a solution to my problem. Not happy at present as needed the word to write an assignment over the weekend and its now left me with no word to complete assignment...Poor

UPDATE........I have emailed thekeyfactory several times for a new key and they could be bothered to reply. I am still waiting for my key and I am also out of pocket now.
