Never had any issues with signal when I used Tesco Mobile, Lebara and Smarty, but ID mobile often has rubbish data. I had to laugh when me and my friend were struggling while everyone else connected just fine as they were on ID too. Will pay more for better service when my data expires, just spent 15 mins waiting for Uber to load as couldn't connect.

The 2 GP appointments I've booked across 6 months have been no shows from the "doctors" (mostly not doctors but medical practioners). I booked another that was cancelled. What's the point in this service? I have made an NHS appointment in the end. Do not use this system if you want a better service than NHS, they don't even provide a service.

Always a bit suspicious of unknown websites but this was a perfect experience! Quick dispatch and delivery, very well wrapped. Great discounted price plus free delivery.
Extremely poor delivery, by far the worst online retailer I've experienced. Takes ages to dispatch even with express delivery and then even once dispatched the tracking code doesn't update to say the parcel has been received. Takes at least a week to receive goods.

Did not consent for a tip to be taken - £3.85 on a £15 takeaway order for 1 person which was already expensive enough as it was. Refused to refund, meaning I'll take my business back to Just Eat and Deliveroo. I work in marketing and £3.85 is a pretty cheap customer retention cost considering I will now use Bolt for taxis and other food service providers. I will be charging back with Mastercard too so a lose lose situation for Uber.
Edit: I challenged this with my Bank and they refunded the full order amount rather than the requested tip. If Uber had just refunded the tip they'd have kept the rest of the money!
Applied a £3.85 tip to a £15 order without my consent. I only ordered as I got a good discount that was negated by the tip being added. I received rude service from the driver too which is the biggest insult. I asked them to refund it for me and they have refused, being totally unhelpful. I will be charging it back with Monzo out of principle and downloading Bolt moving forwards. I'll stick with Just Eat too as I only used Uber for the discounted price that was false anyway.

Postage claims to be £3.50 on the delivery page but is actually £4.99, thought I'd buy anyway then ask for a refund thinking any reputable business would refund the difference (it's £1.50 but £4.99 is superrr expensive for shipping!!). Didn't receive a response sadly, which is kinda offputting from a customer service perspective. Nice dress and speedy delivery though

Prior to checking out and selecting a payment method you can select a shipping method; the shipping method you had selected was standard delivery 2-6 working days advertised at checkout as £4.99.
Unfortunately once your order is delivered we are unable to alter the shipping method or refund any delivery costs!
Poor return service. Printed label only and dpd which is a random courier to use, I'm lucky I do have one relatively local. Cost me 60p and wasted time to collect a printed label at Max Spielman. Won't use again considering returns are so easy on Asos by comparison

Great customer service but you guys need a way of logging a powercut quickly via the website that auto generates a power cut update. Had to have a 5+ min call just to notify ENW because the site said no reports had been made when in fact there had been a lot of calls.
What an excellent company. Kelsey on live chat was extremely helpful and kind. Usually flight companies tie you into terrible terms and conditions but I was provided with a really great solution, couldn't be happier and will only consider TUI for package holidays in future based on my experiences with other providers. Thank you!

Your strikes are only impacting working class people trying to live their lives. I forked out for an expensive hotel over a weekend to be able to attend an event I've had booked ages, just to find out the strike has been extended last minute so now I have no choice but to not attend. Disruption is your goal but it's deeply unfair to not plan it far in advance. The mental health impact on civilians is crazy, can't wait for another consecutive weekend in alone lol
The Cross Country only strike on 19th Aug was not widely publicised and cost me £27 for a taxi in addition to the cost of the ticket. Please help me get a refund or compensation. I am already losing hundreds on hotels/taxis due to strikes on the next two weekends.
What a shame to strike on consecutive weekends and punish the general public once again, especially people like myself who live alone and depend on train transport to maintain any form of social life. I now have to fork out absolutely loads on taxis or hotels to attend my pre-planned events (if I can even afford it as it's in the hundreds), and yet I haven't had a pay rise. Get it together and do something that actually impacts the people who pay your wages.
Beware this company does not facilitate self-service returns. You have to contact customer services to arrange a collection. I have been waiting 5 days for a response to my request for a pickup date. By the time they finally respond, the collection date has already elapsed so I'll go in circles once again. They did refund me previously so they will eventually but it's absolutely crazy to rely on manual returns when the customer service team clearly can't fulfil demand. Why offer Try it First returns on perfume if you can't make it an easy process?
Order number supplied in hope they can actually help me out once and for all. Adding Notino to my blocked websites lists so I'm not tempted by their good prices again.
Treated myself to a designer perfume for the first time. Decided to collect as Royal Mail requires me to stay in all day due to no time estimate. Received surly service at the Arndale store which made me feel a bit humiliated when it was supposed to be a special treat for myself. Also find it disappointing that click and collect orders don't come with free samples, and yet it's saving The Fragrance Shop money by selecting click and collect. I don't often get to try out new fragrances and might have been upsold had samples been provided and even a bag for the perfume to be held in to make it feel more of a luxury experience (literally handed the perfume in its cellophane box). Wouldn't recommend and honestly regret my purchase as I wish I'd have bought direct from the retailer for gift packaging etc.
