Never use this company! Apart from the fact that it takes them 5 days to deliver one package from Täby to Sundbyberg, now its the second time they loose one of my packages and on top of that they dont offer any help or compansation.

Ordered protein from them. On their website it seems that its sent but they never sent it (according to the courier company). I sent them emails and their support is totally unprofessional. Had to open a dispute with my credit card provider to get my money back. If you are on a program and you dont want to mess it, dont order from them.

Purchased an audio interface from them. It worked for 2-3 hours and suddenly died. I returned it the next day and they told me they will contact me. They never did. I am asking for a refund and they tell me i should wait 4 weeks for the item to get repaired. So in other words i shopped something that didnt work and instead of them replacing it or refunding me they tell me i should wait 4 weeks for a repair. I gave my money to shop something new and not only i dont have it but it will a be like shopping a refurbished.

UPDATE: After 3 weeks of waiting they accepted to either refund or give me a new audio interface. Solution was good after all but the waiting timing was long. So I change the review to 3 stars.

They delivered my package to another apartment and when i sent them an email their answer was to go around a 15 floor building (6 apartments each floor) to ask all neightboors if they accidently got my package. The contents of the package were sensitive and i wouldnt want the neightbors to see them. So they actually breached all my confidentiality and i also lost the contents. Unacceptable service!

Fast delivery, good price, quality products.

I was searching to buy Galaxy Active 2 stainless steel watch. They were the only shop that seem to have it available and in a fair price. I checked if the site was Swedish (.se) and payed for express delivery with DHL. When 5 days passed without receiving I sent them an email. Turns out theh are in Latvia and their products are sent from there through Finland and DHL only gets the parcel for the last mile delivery. So I paid express delivery for nothing. That also means that the esim LTE watch would not function in Sweden. When I asked them they said it most probably will work. Well guess what not only it didnt but when i received the watch 3 business days later (8 in total), I realised that they have sent me the cheaper aluminum version instead of the one i ordered. On the product page they had the photo of the stainless steel, the price of the stainless steel (3700 kr) and didnt mention anywhere it was the aluminum one that costs 2700 kr in all big stores in Sweden. When I sent them an email to try to fix this and send them back the watch in their own expence, they disappeared. Noone answered my email and I have to pay 690kr to DHL to send it back to them in order to not get charged the 3700kr. Dont buy from them. It is more of a scam than a shop.

Lost 700 euros with this scum company called Kiwi. My flights were cancelled because of COVID. They refunded us 10 euros for the whole booking. They don't answer emails or messages and deleted our accounts in their website. Don't give your money to these scammers!
