I was most impressed with the service and food.
The waitress was very friendly and helpful. My friend and I were availing ourselves of the “Perks” and a note had been made on the booking about our requirements.
My friend and I had not seen each other for a while and had a lot to catch up with. We stayed a long time, but there was no pressure to leave.
It was a thoroughly positive experience in all respects.

Our old 2004 Nokia finally gave up the ghost and the 2G network it was on was due to become moribund anyway!
We took it in to the Tesco Mobile Phone shop in Folkestone and were lucky enough to meet an excellent salesman called Neil.
We showed him the phone and said we wanted one like that. He immediately “got us”, found us a basic phone with everything we wanted, did not try to sell us one with all the bells and whistles and even though the phone was low-priced, he gave us all the care, attention, help and time, as if we were buying a really expensive one. He even suggested we should hang onto the ancient Nokia as it could be worth something! The sale went through with good humour and fun and we came away with exactly what we wanted.
Very impressed!

Excellent experience from beginning to end. We were kept well informed about the progress of the delivery by email and then by phone calls to pinpoint exactly when they were arriving. They arrived exactly when they said they would.
When I rang up their office they were very polite and helpful. The call was answered very quickly as I moved up the queue very rapidly.

Lovely dress, from photo, but I could not open an account with "Light in the Box" as you kept rejecting my password! I tried numerous times!
There was initially an offer of £5 Welcome Voucher for new customers, which disappeared over the several days I spent trying to place the order!
