shopped around for a Rasson pool table and these guys where defiantly the most helpful and knowledgeable and gave me a great price with tip-top service. Bought and ordered all over the phone, they delivered before the estimated due date and spent several hours setting everything up, making sure all was ok and removed all the packaging too. 100% good service.

Tumble dryer delivered on time and drivers were very helpful. Within 2 hours of delivery I tried it and found the door trim to vibrate and make annoying noise. Not continuously but often during the drying cycle. I took a video of this and sent it to AO. Since then I’ve spent time calling and emailing AO to have the dryer exchanged but got fobbed off and told to call BEko, and they won’t do anything. Wasted lots of time. I bought the item from AO and reported the issue within a few hours of the item arriving. You should have better customer service and should’ve arranged an exchange by now! Very poor service

Wanted to buy trainers for my daughter (who wasn’t with me) in store but I was told by staff that unwanted returns can not be refunded, only a credit note given. They advised to buy online and then return unwanted size to store for refund. So I did that, went back to the store, for the 2nd time with the unwanted size and requested a refund only to be told I have to post it back, at my expense for a refund. So 2 trips to the store unnecessarily and a total of £9 in delivery and returns charges.

Book arrived within 48hrs. Kids love it (as do I), great story book with undertones of positive thinking and attitude. Super illustrations too. Roll on the sequel !
