Well it’s been a hectic final two weeks tidying up as the various trades completed the finishing touches to our (we think stunning) renovation!

From our Architect , Builder and friends who’ve visited to help us move stuff back downstairs from our attic bolthole home upstairs over the last 7months.

Received new Steam Iron yesterday , the specification is just as hoped , cable and steam hose storage basic but effective , settings are comprehensive and will cover all my needs. Filled and steamed up no problem , Had selection of washing set aside to test new purchase with , mixture of linen , denim and cotton items and it handled them all easily. Now going forward I need to see how it continues to perform , hoping its as reliable as my old Tefal at 10 years old , so far nothing ringing alarm bells.

Hired long wheelbase van , was waiting and ready prior to my arrival.
Great customer service assistant did the walk round and gave me peace of mind.
I topped up fuel used prior to return and hand back was pain free.
I would both recommend and use Arnold Clark Van Hire again ( funny but had great service buying a s/h car from them too!)

So far the set up has been impressive , just part way through switching energy supplier , however if it keeps going like this then the "Big Guns" need to watch their back!!

3 Family members including myself have installed Worcester 440Cdi Boilers and so far they have performed without fault , the oldest now 5 years old

The initial signing up for a Broadband Only deal was painless.
Their phone system though initially busy was dealt with in a reasonable time.
Their staff member was very knowledgeable and dealt with me from start to finish.
System being installed next week so looking forward to a trouble free install

First time purchasing a car for quite a few years , was very apprehensive after treatment from AN Other dealer , how wrong could i have been!
Courteous , no pressure , well priced and presented car , did deal no question.
All staff extremely nice without being overbearing , dealt with David Pope (true gentleman) and Luke who escorted us on our test drive , really nice young man , well mannered and i believe well respected by rest of staff.
Job done in a day , very happy , how car sales have changed!
