Ordering is fine but delivery service is terrible. No one took ownership of late items. The delivery company told me to contact the sender and the sender was telling me to contact the delivery company.

Was not impressed with the optician and service received. Was told for my age I should need glasses. Was treated like a statistic rather than a person. Was prescribed 3 glasses to then go else where and told 3 glasses is not necessary.

Online service is great. Communication between dr and store not so great. Store informed me my item not arrived and has to be ordered into store. Dr online says it is ready to collect!
Don’t live near the store so wasted journey!
It’s been a week and still no item. Going to have to chance it to visit store again, yet another round trip if not received.

Awful company, would stay well away.
Called 18 times to get car collected.
No one answered when I returned, and waited 1 hr at airport for my car to be dropped off, only to be told the mini bus is collecting me to take me to my car.
Not what I wanted after a 11 hr flight to be walking round Heathrow.
Driver picked up more passengers from other terminals who was in similar position.
Got to the depo and waited a further 4 hrs to get my car because they couldn’t open the compound where my car was held. The ivermectin night security guard had gone with the key. Mileage had gone up on my car when the compound is 7 miles away yet this was over double when I got my car back.
I landed at 7.30am and never got home till 3pm.
They don’t answer emails or phone calls. I have made an official complaint to the ombudsman who have contacted Trading Standards.

Brilliant to order and was about to arrive on time but the delivery company evri took the package back saying they couldn’t deliver. It was a business address that is open 24/7.
