The service provided is first rate. So much so I prefer to use this motorcycle parts supplier than UK suppliers.
Postage is quick and notification is clear and back order parts arrive quicker.
I would order more if we weren't restricted by customs duty costs.

Bought a pagoda a couple of years ago, whilst the finish has remained first rate the led lights failed to operate. Phoebe at Maze has dealt with our query and has provided first rate customer service and after sourcing a replacement part which unfortunately didn't resolve the issue has continued to source an additional item and provide a fitting team to install.

Postage costs too high and adding VAT takes the gloss off your pricing for products. Items purchased are very good though.
