I've ordered 5 different times and I had no problems at all.
Prices are cheap and delivery fast.
I haven't had problems so I can't judge the quality of the support service when there are problems.

Miles & More feels like a scam right now.
The website shows award flights that can’t actually be booked, and the flights that are available don’t appear at all.
I’ve wasted countless hours trying on multiple devices and browsers, only to get constant errors.
Customer service confirmed the mismatch but said they can't do anything, it's the web that works bad and it's know for very long time. (they use a different system themselves where they see the correct things).
I can't use the miles I've earned, and the whole experience is frustrating and time-wasting.

Useless customer service. Iberia keeps making mistakes and it's a nightmare to get useful help from the customer service. Filling in forms, getting useless replies that either don't work or are not related to the actual problem. It looks they do it on purpose to see if you give up.

Good price and good customer service. Although you have to make sure that you carefully read all information and follow the exact instructions for the flight check-in and hotel transfers. That (together with some inaccuracies in the instructions) created me some confusion and anxiety, but the customer service responded within the day, so all good.

Lured with fake low prices. I booked with them for a trip with flights for 900 CHF, two days later they called me to tell me "for this price it's already sold out", the new price was 1,400 CHF.

Worry free car rental. Such a great service. Simple, fast, convenient. And the prices are very good. Offices and cars are in front of the airport (at least in TFS). All rentals are fully insured without deductible, so you don't have to worry about anything that can happen. And also they don't try to sell you any additional insurance like most other companies do. I will always rent with them.

Zurich can't be trusted.
Zurich refused to pay for a claim despite having confirmed on the phone that they will reimburse us and giving us instruction on what to do on the day of the event.
Zurich also refused to give us the recording of the phone call where they had confirmed that I was covered and that they will reimburse us.
What is the point of paying for insurance if when you have a problem they will try to find excuses to not reimburse you, even worst they don't respect what they say.

Extraordinary customer service. They take care of any problem with the orders and the product after the product is received.
Along the years I had a couple of small issues with some orders, they are always looking for ways to resolve it to my satisfaction.
I can really trust them.
Fantastic to see a company that really cares about the customers.

Horrible service. re-sending invoices already paid 2 years go as if they were new and asking to pay again. They say they will investigate and resolve but they don't. They say they will get back to you but they don't. Meanwhile they keep sending debt collection letters for fake invoices and mistakes that they make.

Very convenient and good price compared to "normal" rental (remember they fuel is included in the price).
The cost calculator online is great to have a good idea of the cost

I appreciate the service. I wish more people would use it so that they can provide an even better service, but I understand the service is driven by demand.

Fake and deceiving products, announced as something that are not, or showing one product but they sell you a different one. Web doesn't work good.

I got a phone number, but Yallo didn't check for an id.
I have a random name on my contract and now the name can't be changed to my name, even though I have the phone number, it's my address, my credit card, etc ... Yallo customer service is just ignoring my requests.
