Excellent customer service. My original refills order was taking a while to arrive so after emailing Wild and then chasing Royal Mail it seemed it was misplaced by Royal Mail. Wild did'nt hesitate in offering me a refund or replacement order. Obviously,I opted for a replacement which arrived a few days later. Thank you so much.
