Cardiff is the worse for food always cold. 3 weeks in a row.

Visiting Cardiff today breakfast was stone cold and burnt. Pity as the Swansea one is really good

I thought I would create a song for my wife for valentines day. I could not believe the site created 4 versions of such a beautiful song, all very different. The lyrics are amazing we can't stop listening to all the songs. Fantastic value and a gift that will live with us for many years to come.

My saga continues so far without resolution.
1. Had a refund for overcharge on cancelled and was told my contract has been terminated as of the 3rd November...lied too by O2
2. They continue to take further payments from my account the latest was the 24th November even after they confirmed my account was terminated.
3. Under UK law I requested right to be forgotten but still getting calls. I state my legal rights and they put the phone down on you....great service not.
4. Telephone company that takes over 40 minutes to answer the phone, how ironic is that.
5. Call centres are bloody useless and never action the outcome of call and requests made.

Awful company, service....CEO needs to be fired.

Stay well away from O2 cancelled my contract in July but they continue to take funds out of my account. Call centre is useless and keep cutting me off after being on hold for 30 minutes.
They also keep calling and hassling me about a new contract, I told them under GDPR regulations I have a write to be forgotten and my details removed so they can't do cold calls. Removing money from accounts without a contract is illegal and fraudulent. I waiting for a call back from them but I won't be holding my breath.
May have to go to small claims court to get my money back

Purchased goods 3 pairs of trainers. 2 fitted great the other pair is badly manufactured and can't get your feet in them as the arch area is way to small. What should you have to pay for returning items that are badly made and not fit for purpose.
Also the help bot is totally rubbish and just gets you frustrated, change and have real customer service

Been with this bank for 40 years plus, gone dreadful over the last 10 year and each year gets worse.
Just wasted over an hour being passed from one department to another. They haven't got a clue on customer service, advertising, website information.

Wasted over an hour on the phone with 3 different people, all clueless. one keep tutting,hissing,etc on the phone it was very uncomfortable. I like to be loyal but they are no longer viable in a competitive market place to stay with. Nationwide here I come a crypto friendly bank that have branches local you can call in to.

I had a problem with one of their photo canvas suppliers. Been trying to contact supplier for days without success. Contacted Wowcher and chatted to Gee who was very helpful and got a response from the supplier within hours and my items was delivered the next day. Thank you for your support Wowcher, especially Gee in customer services

Fantastic service, some of the other delivery companies could learn them.Such Hermes,DHL,TNt all of which have been dreadful to deal with.
