Staff know their product very well

Staff know their product very well, l was taking care of my needs, sorted out my life policy insurance on time, and I hope l keep on maintaining the payment until the lord took me away from this world to beautiful place. Lol.

I’m not happy with the service at all

I’m not happy with the service at all, I asked the courier to help me to bring my package upstairs for me because I have disability issues that affect both knees, lower and upper back and my shoulders and my right hand and he saw me with a walking stick on my right hand and I live a lone, he refused to help me to bring my parcel/boxes upstairs, just few stairway and I pleaded with him to help me with the groceries boxes he refused. However, I made a request from the Ada the foods retailer to tell their courier to help me to bring the boxes/ parcel upstairs for me and there is not a lot of stairs to climb before I placed my orders with the retailer, well, l think DPD courier is evil man to do that with disabilities person unfortunately I have an account with dpd courier and I often use their services to send parcel to my loved one, unfortunately they are based in Park Royal. I see them as useless courier service.

I’m happy with their product and service, they are prompt when dealing with my issues and they help me to resolve my situation. I highly recommend them to anyone. As long as you keep your monthly repayment on time And be honest with them. Then you are absolutely covered with them.
