Had a problem with the delivery getting lost (no fault of theirs) , they resent item next day delivery with no hassle, good customer care easy to get hold of on online chat, a company that’s cares about their customers I would happily use again.
Bought Swift V2 and chose Canadian spa due to customer service reviews being so good, tub arrived quickly, after 2 days had a F fault code appear, called the UK customer service number the guy answered straight away and identified the error, I managed to clear it (without draining) and he sent out a part incase it happened again, (he also sent a pdf of a better instruction manual), I would happily buy again from them, keep up the outstanding customer service.
I ordered 1 coat in 2 sizes, both turned up quick and were well packaged, Returned one very easily via same packaging and pre printed label supplied and sent back via a click plus store, tracked all way with emails updating status and refunded very quickly. Would definitely use again, good benchmark for online shopping and delivery and service. And no fees for returning unwanted coat. Top marks
They put a dodgy caution warranty in the box, that any faulty parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, or warranty is void! Not very good when part is received Friday and fitted Monday! OEM Screen also had dead green pixel.

We think there has been some confusion here, as we do not say that faults must be reported within 48hrs of delivery, but any damage that may of happened in transit, as after this time we can no longer take this up with the courier, as damage may of happened during the care of the customer. We say that any damages must be reported within 48hrs, and you must not fit a broken LCD, as that will void the warranty.
