Ordered item on 24 November, over six weeks later and there is no parcel. The first email query did receive a response that said they were on their way but subsequent emails have had no responses. This website is a complete scam , fortunately paid through Amex who have now blocked payment.

I have always liked this app as it provided reassurance as to 12 yr olds whereabouts - eg left school, got off bus - but over last 48 hrs it shows her as not having left home depute been phone going to school 17 miles away last 2 days!! It’s really not good enough as it compromises safest and security

Ordered urgent items for a camping trip and to be safe booked the next working day delivery paying the extra.
A refund was processed on my account the following day but no email sent to explain that there had been a problem with the next day delivery. The items in fact did not arrive until 4 working days after delivery. Only option to return large items was to take them back to a blacks store in person, requiring petrol and parking. No real apology or explanation provided. A very disappointing experience

Long Tall Sally offers great choice, free delivery and returns. The quality of the range is mixed and while I have some great clothes from there , sometimes the fabric is too thin/ crumpled and disappointing compared to photo.
I am 181cm and sleeves are usually too long while dress length is great.
