Awful

Found a tradesperson on this site but they did no work apart from damaging my property and the neighbours. I had to get in a surveyor and another business (which I found from asking around) to repair damage and do the job which was still outstanding. I believe the business is a sham even though MyBuilder state they had checked the credentials. I have reported business to CAB, trading standards and police and now in the process of getting money back. I also reported to MyBuilder but have received a very lacklustre response. I won’t be in a rush to use MyBuilder again.

Frustrating !

Have had a few problems trying to use vouchers once purchased. You go into the relevant website to spend the voucher but twice I have had this isn’t a correct voucher and this is on 2 separate websites. So I have found the whole process very frustrating and for the amount I have credited to my mortgage, I’m not sure whether it is worth the effort and I will be deleting Sprive app. Overall the concept is good but they need to look at how you claim vouchers.

Review of My Fitted Bedroom - Fitted Wardrobe Specialists

Okay

Overall the wardrobes look good, however there are far less space than our previous fitted wardrobes. We were promised everything we asked if they could do, for example, higher rail can we have one we can pull down ? Oh yes, well guess what no they don’t which we found after they were fitted. We felt the from the salesman, surveyor and wardrobe fitter we weren’t listened to.

Appalling !!

Went to Ask Italian at Merry Hill at 13.20, there were at least 6 tables empty, but when we asked for a table for 2, we were told there were no tables available. When I pointed out the empty tables, we were told they were reserved. I asked if the 4 booths were reserved as well, then the excuse was staff were on their lunch breaks. I asked did the customers already sat were they being served and as it’s a busy time - lunch, then why aren’t staff breaks staggered and the answer is they have to have a break. So I wouldn’t recommend this place as the lack of service is appalling. Also I felt we were judged as we walked in and as a gay couple we were not wanted.

Disorganised

Bought TV and kettle & toaster bundle online. TV was damaged and the toaster didn’t match the kettle. I rang for the 1st time and I asked for the TV to be replaced and the toaster to be exchanged. 2 items were returned by courier even though they only had details for 1 item. Curry’s then sent an email to confirm item’s would be replaced. But on the same day, a text to confirm I would have a refund !! I called 2nd time and there was no information regarding the toaster, so the other toaster was reordered. New TV delivered with the original toaster. So I contacted them via webchat, they didn’t understand either, so I asked for a refund on toaster which they promised would go to credit card. I then found the toaster £20 cheaper somewhere else. I had a refund part to card and the other half on a Curry’s gift card. Customer service doesn’t know what they are doing and I won’t use Curry’s again after extremely frustrating experience.

Overall pleased

I've made a callout, the operative was efficient and tried to get someone out asap, however the earliest was 2 hour wait. We had to call back as time had elapsed, operative was quick to get an update and we only waited another 15 minutes. Car was fixed and on drive home we had a follow up call to see if everything was okay. Overall pleased.

Great Service

I have had recent experience of another mortgage broker and after 2 months I transferred to Mortgagekey as my application wasn’t progressing. I was impressed from day one how efficient and proactive they are in progressing my remortgage. On day one, they found a mortgage offer and it has been straight forward ever since and the remortgage is nearly complete within 6 weeks. Everyone who I have spoken to have been friendly and helpful.

Found our visit very relaxed

Found our visit very relaxed, was greeted by a staff member who showed us the colour samples, how to use the screens. We were then left to wonder around at our leisure, then the same staff member was on hand to discuss our order. There was no hard sell and the whole process was easy. Just hope the aftercare is as good.
