Rubbish

Had a washing machine insured with them - was told it would be 2 weeks before they came out I explained there was no way I could b with out a washer so I told them to forget it. I bought a new washer and I had worked out what I had spent on insurance I could have a new washer every 3 years. Customer service advisors were rude

Been with Hastings for few years for car and home insurance although the renewal price they sent me had gone up by £16 per month but after finding a deal with compare the market I phoned Hastings and they did my car insurance for the compare the market price

The best network provider. After a rubbish 6 months with another provider was so pleased to be able to have 3&4g on my mobile. I love 02 and have had to increase my data due to being able to use it in my area

Glad to have left them

Back in July 2017 my husband and myself lost signal rang EE kept getting fobbed off with different mast stories. Then
June, July, August, September, October past and last still not fixed ee kept refunding our monthly bill but then in November they let us out of our contract as this had been going on over 6 months with poor signal/ no service as they still didn’t know when last would be fixed

Rip off or electric gas and Home care cover. Kept telling me parts limited on my boiler cancelled cover and went with aviva who have been first class and my parts are not limited. Just another British Gas sales pitch for you to buy a new bouler

Appalling flowers and customer service

Appalling flowers and customer service

Ordered some flowers for my parents and inlaws next day delivery. Didn’t arrive until two days later

Flowers died 2 days later. Tried several times calling customer service over weekend and today rings for 15minutea and says waiting for reapresentive gets cut off

Facebooked and emailed them basically nothing they will do except a rubbish £5 voucher to use with them again. I don’t think I will ever use them again waste of money totally disappointed at £24.99 a bouquet x2

I would not recommend this company at all much better companies out there
