left in open view

Hi,
There has been no update from you guys i have NOT received my order , leaving it outside in a vulnerable neighbourhood was NOT a delivery instruction it was NOT even left on side of the house!
Picture on tracking is showing it was left on the front of the house where there is No boundary wall or secure accessible porch.
I am due my dose and i have not received my order it has been taken by whomever .
This is extremely distressing this was very expensive medication and it was just left outside so irresponsibly.

DO NOT use their klarna service if you cancel order 28 DAYS for a refund that’s if you’re lucky appalling that they got klarna for overseas but cannot refund in 10 days even a big thumbs down 👎

Think twice before ordering from…

Think twice before ordering from website as i was charged £5.60 for a return, to return an item you will have to pay!!!
shocking! from a company like beautyworks. Much smaller brands do not charge even a company like shein that are overseas based do not charge their customers. Will not be ordering from them again!

Dissapointed…

I placed an important order for my mothers 60th birthday scrapbook only to be told AFTER order was placed it will be arriving in 8-9days which was AFTER her birthday total disaster complaint fell on deaf ears.
Re-oredered with another company got them in 2 days !!!

Hamptons have always been great to us but the reason for me taking the time out to write this review is a lovely lady tia goodman and my amazing landlord who have been amazing help in these troubled times . Tia was amazing in dealing with my queries and my landlord has been great .

The amazing jewellery trunk southall

Excellent service from the moment i stepped into the southall branch for my wedding day jewellery simran helped me choose and gave me options i never thought possible! i
They custom made a necklace which was in gold metal and rhinestones in ‘silver’ as my outfit had that colour and changed at the rhinestones to what i chose, they allowed me match whatever earrings i wanted and custom made those two in just 2weeks !!!
Karan was amazing too in replying to any queries on their whtsapp app and with pricing.
It was worth every penny designer custom made jewellery at your finest you get what you pay for 🤗

Got an email from them with a price …

Got an email from them with a price drop in my car insurance renewal was asked to call them and confirm it , guess what ?
I got a call on day of renewal date informing me that if i wanted the courtesy car option which was always on original policy the insurance will go up.
The only reason i did not shop around was the price drop and for them to then increase it last minute is wrong.
My advice shop around for your renewal they are a misleading company its the principal .
Unhappy customer.
