Sent the wrong wine

Sent the wrong wine. Spoken to Customers Services who say they are looking into it. As requested sent photos of wine, boxes and delivery note. Very frustrated. Not my mistake and they make feel as I am not telling the truth. Wine was for my birthday celebration so disappointed.

Very disappointed with my orders

Very disappointed with my orders. Several of the plugs arrived in a really bad way, broken stem and lifeless.
