I purchased an item and tried cancelling before they posted it. They never answered the email and sent it. I’ve tried getting in touch to return the item and they’re still no answering. Not a good company if they don’t return an answer. No customer service number to contact them.
Wish I could award this Martin and his Company more than 5⭐️ I have been experiencing trouble with a well known brand selling electrics and low quality rubbish, I searched around and found Land & Sea very helpful. I sent Martin a message asking for help and advice,
When Martin heard I was In the minefield of bad advice trying to convert a van his company helped me with sound advice, his prices are hard to beat plus he is local which saved time waiting for post.
I would recommend Martin and his company, they were approachable, knowledgeable, polite and courteous throughout. They was a breathe of fresh air.

This was my first order online I chose to be delivered cause I couldn’t make it to the shops due work and commitments. So my first order was for £65 which was the last of my money till pay day. The order got canceled by the driver with a lame reason of I’m stuck on the motorway and can’t make it.
I have now canceled the delivery which could not be delivered and canceled the subscription.
I then went to the main store to get the shopping I desperately needed and the veg looked old and ready for the bin.
When I called the call centre they were so apologetic but that wasn’t helping me it was making me anger worse. They didn’t even offer anything for the inconvenience.
I had to go to Asda which I hate may I add. I have now canceled my delivery pass and out of pocket and struggling now cause your inconvenience.
I purchased several items mainly Victron for a camper van upgrade and needed help from SMEs. I was advised to get in touch with Nohma so I got straight onto there page which looked pretty good. I the saw the link offer free help and I clicked on it gave them all my details and within several hours the emailed me asking about my gear I had purchased. I was like yeah I’m onto this now. Even offered a video call nah that didn’t happen then the Tim between emails started to get longer. They said buy our book so I did. Then a few days later we can’t do anything for you and that they wanted me to purchase kit from them which I’d already purchased. You can get your kit cheaper and get sound advice and help else where aswell as saving yourself a fortune. The whole frustrating experience took 2 weeks before being told we can’t help you. Thanks for nothing kaegh.

I can see that Kaegh replied to your original email asking more about your system and if you already had any components. When you responded with a list of the components you already had (which was all of the major system components, including battery, inverter, solar and MPPT), Kaegh advised that unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to help with your system. This email was sent just over a week after your enquiry, after a couple of emails back and forth. As I’m sure you can appreciate, Nohma is a business, and for us to be able to offer our electrical design service for free, we need to be able to make a commission on the products in a system. For this reason, we are only able to provide our service for free when someone purchases their full system through us. All of our components are price matched so that our customers don’t pay anything more purchasing through us as they would do elsewhere. Apologies if you didn’t feel it’s made clear enough that our service is only provided for free when all of the components are purchased through us, we will be sure to review our website and update as required. Lack of communication from the admin team or tutors.
Cost of the course is to much for what you get and lack of support they’re happy to send you an SMS to state you haven’t posted any work. No one actually calls you to check in on you and or offer any support. I told them I struggle with maths at the training centre but they don’t offer support. The receptionist at the call centre are rude and “Know all’s” especially when you ask to speak to a Tutor “oh maybe we can help you, please explain the issue”. They’re receptionists not Electricians/Plumbers. When I initially set up with the Salesman he Promised a visit to the training centre every 3 months yet I have been once in 2 years I’ve been doing the course. I would say this is a poorly run business in terms of keeping their customers happy and no support. They like to take your money so please venture somewhere else.
Since writing this they’ve not even replied or even verified my account or experience.

The item was damaged and not able to use, which we did not see till it was unwrapped and ready to fit. I called the customer service and stated the fault to which they offered me a discount on the item if I keep it.
I reiterated to the customer service this item can not be used due to where the damage is situated you can only open the dishwasher a couple of inches.
They then offered a full refund to which I have to wait 14 working days but gave me my delivery refund straight away.
I will definitely not be using this company again. I tried to add photos of the damage but it won’t let me add.
Everything thing was done on line no human interaction which is becoming more and more common. I wanted to find out if the give give discount to military well we do purchase quite alot off them. As for my items I’ve purchased I haven’t used them yet.
I was looking for a Pair of Walking boots I asked Jay for advice. Jay was very knowledgeable in the footwear department, every question I asked he had the answer too. Jay was polite and smartly dressed.
Today 08/09/24 I was greeted by Soren at the Bury Branch. I took my Meindl Gtx Boots back to Go Outdoors after complaining a few times of wet feet. I purchased them 6 months ago and they’re not cheap, they cost £245 after discount. The plan was to send the Boots back to Meindl which could take a few months before they will be returned back.
So I decided, I’ll need a new pair to keep me going till my Meindl boots return. One of the Assistants recommended a pair of B2 Boots from Scarpa so I looked at the Ribelle Lite Boots for £288.
I tried the Ribelle’s on they were to narrow in the front so I tried the La Sportiva Nepal Extreme Boots on at £373.90 they are so comfortable.
Any way my missus did a price check with decathlon and GoOutdoors gave us a price match down to £309, I then received a further discount taking it to £266.
The store offered me a refund on my Meindl so I said “yes I’ll take the refund of £245”.
I ended up getting a Great Bargain.

I have enough solar to go virtually of the grid but did not understand the Tariffs, Import and Export. so today I called Octopus energy and spoke to this lovely well spoken and polite young woman Leanne. at Octopus Energy she was very helpful and explained the Import and Export and also sent me a graph that see the best times Import and also the best times to Export. Leanne your customer service skills were spot on, The other customer service agents out their should take a leaf from your book Thankyou. I don't normally give 5 stars out but you deserve them Thankyou.
Outstanding service. I ordered a pair of Snicker Work Trousers a few hours later I received an email stating they didn’t have my order in stock.
I then rang the customer support Carol answered my call and said sorry we don’t have your order but we have other stock available.
I changed my order to Black/Black she gave me the details of my order and I said no I don’t want skin tight my calves are to big she said good job you called.
She changed my order the Parcel arrived the next morning,
I tried them on straight away my missus said they’re the best work trousers she’s seen on me.
She said my Derrière looks brilliant in them and the leg length is perfect.

I heard if I sold my car on Auto trader and paid a fee they would keep it on there till sold. I sold my car within 48Hrs but kept it on the site I received the monies and the finance settled. I would definitely recommend the site to any private seller. You never know you may make a profit I know this cause I did.
Ordered and purchased an item on line. No confirmation received from them no contact number. Tried the email turns out not recognised. Now it’s going to be a long battle to get my money returned.
Firstly they listens to your needs then give you a couple of options. I had to cancel my order within the cooling off period to which went reasonably well after a few calls. Then the fun begins getting your monies back is like trying to squeeze blood out of a stone, which took way longer than it should. Then Today 28th November they wrongfully taken monies from my account “I believe that is theft”. The woman whom answered said it shouldn’t of been taken and that she will put it on high priority to be resolved and that she will send me an email with everything she said and update. 8 hours later I’m still waiting. My account is now overdrawn and in debt. This is now the 3rd company this week that has caused me undue stress that will not compensate me. I’m waiting for your speedy response. Guess I was right Don’t use this company they still haven’t answered or returned my money.

Today our phone line was down on our Business in Milnrow. After calling for over 1 hour I finally got through they were very unhelpful. He would not give us any advice on the business landline. we lost a lot of business food orders to which you won’t be reimbursing us. You will now be losing a business customer, I will go somewhere else and soon has my mobile phone contract ends I will change that. I’ve been a loyal customer for over over 10 years.

I bought a Catering Table from Adexa. on delivery the table turned out to be heavily Damaged on one corner. i sent an email stating the problem and that i will now be losing monies as i cannot get my commitments completed. i then called to explain the problem they put the phone down on me i recalled again the phone was put down on me. i left it a few hours and then recalled only to be told you will not get a replacement till the other has arrived and inspected.
they offered me £25 discount on the item if i keep it or a £35 voucher. not a chance its damaged beyond repair. Trying to get any meaningful help from the customer services is impossible.
Their replies are difficult to understand and show little understanding of consumer rights act 2015.
Adexa show no concern that their faulty product is not useable at all and their attitude towards customers is arrogant, argumentative and highly suspicious. They then said my email was rude I replied if you found it rude it wasn't meant to be read that way. I then said Sorry if you feel that way.
You have to see this from the customer point of view. The table I was sold is clearly not fit for purpose.
I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this company. plus now i will have to wait till the item has been returned within the 14 day under the Consumer’s Rights Act 2015 which they have failed to meet this too.
This system is all old hat and out of order. their should be a better law put in place against companies like this.
Please see below what I received from this so called company. I’m still waiting for this item to be picked up and receive my monies. I think it’s time to go to trading standards and report this to them I will add my update later. In one of their emails they thought it had been picked up till I told them it’s still here.
As agreed we have now passed this across to our returns team who will now take over conduct.
It normally takes 48/72 working hours for them to contact you advising of when the return will take place, and once notified the return will happen 24 working hours after this (unless requested)
Please note that for all parcel sized items these will be returned via a parcel courier service such as DHL or Parcelhub. If your item falls below the necessary requirements of 1m in length and 25kg in weight you will be required to take this to your local DPD drop off point. Further instructions will be sent prior to this depending on the courier service allocated.

This has been going on since 17 November 22 They have now stated the monies was repaid to my account 03 Jan 23.
I have been to the Bank they’ve stated there are no monies from Adexa on 03rd Jan, they then stated there is nothing pending matching that amount.
Trust me do not use this company this is no gonna end up being a legal battle. All I want is the money owed for what I purchased and returned.
Tom and Tyson done an excellent job at putting up the Solar Panels and fitting the electrics on Monday 05/09.
At first inspection from Tyson he said they would not be able to fit the solar panels due to all the foam inside the roof.
Tom then went onto the roof and pulled back a few tiles to see if he could fit the solar panels.
I was a little worried at first till Tom said yes we can go ahead with this job.
Throughout the day I gave them plenty of refreshments as it was a nice sunny day very warm up on the roof I also made them a meal.
The only downside to Solar Fast that I found was the communication it was very hard to get hold of them and get the right answers.
I had 16 panels fitted and found that I can now live off the grid especially in the current climate of price hikes this has saved me a fortune in the years to come.

First of all i paid £5 it stated That the conversation will be free if I cancel within 7 days. I’m still waiting for that refund.
I was writing to some German Man, I explained the problem then I got a message would be easier if we spoke on the phone as I pressed ok a message popped up that it would cost £16 my card got debited £16 the call didn’t take place.
I then got a message stating their was no one to answer the call.
The German messaged me what to do I couldn’t do what he was asking on my own.
I asked for my monies to be refunded he said I must speak to customer service.
At this point I was getting really pissed off.
So my missus whom is German wrote a message to him I never did get a reply.
Don’t call or message this company I spent £25 to get some else to find my faults
Do your own research it’s an American company.
