Brilliant service. Lee was great with delivery gave time to explain and was very professional 👍 back office were very efficient and kept me updated all the way 👍👍

First parcel never arrived

First parcel never arrived. Informed courier via their feedback but no response. DPD absolute disgrace by look of photo they delivered to the wrong house!!! Ruined my daughters birthday. Second parcell/order arrived just fine. Still one set of Uggs missing. Shocking courier service.

Put a 10k bill on my account from no…

Put a 10k bill on my account from no where then sent a man round with a letter to threaten us within days. We had already paid 1800 to debt recovery team even though we had been told we didn’t need to pay (even though it was overdue)until smart meter was fitted. Meter fitted on 27th 10k bill and threatening hand delivered bill from no where few days later debt recovery paid day smart meter fitted! stress and poor customer service

better tan the ful servicevat Christmas but nothing more than others offer

1 rating as I wasn’t asked for a rating when I made a pre Christmas order that as cancelled 6 days before Christmas Day totally ruining our already poor Christmas. This order was on time and arriv d only follow up to complete this reference. So on behalf of both orders and one summary this seems fair,
