The worst supplier ever! I've had countless problems with them. Involved the ombudsman twice.
The latest issue being my electricity meter stopped communicating with them so top ups not registering. Since Sept I have phoned every week raised an urgent complaint to be told they would send an engineer. 2 weeks ago I fell and fractured my right hand, I can't get down on floor to punch 20 digit number ..I live alone I was told its not an emergency! They just don't care they have no empathy, I should not have to stress every week about topping up. Even the government allowance could not be sent to my meter. Loads of people I know have issues with them..something needs to be done!!

I rarely order so was disappointed by the items I recieved. Quality poor, didn't match the description. I'll be returning 😌

My daughter sent in an immaculate Samsung S6 Edge - not a mark on it, they had guaranteed a price of £165 - they offered her £50 - they are sharks - wont recommend them to anyone!!
