Bought a phone through Phones 2 Pounds on eBay. It was faulty so they told me to return it through a link they sent. I did so and they haven't refunded me even though I've contacted them repeatedly for 6 months.

Do not touch this company
Do not touch this company, my experience has been appalling. I am suspicious they are not even trading anymore as I have tried multiple times to contact via phone, to get an automated message, and their website is now down. I am still awaiting £60 I am owed for my phone - beware, they will ghost you. I have sent multiple emails and received no response. I will be reporting to trading standards. Do not use!!

sent my phone in October. Still haven’t heard nothing. Tracking number isn’t correct from the post office label they sent to me was used and was sent to them. They have no record of me applying for sending my phone in WHEN I HAVE THE PAPERWORK. Avoid at all costs they have got a free phone, have to wipe the phone before it goes to them which is a scam as I believe it is there with them and I cannot mark it as lost or stolen as I no longer have my Apple ID on it, their cock up and will not accept responsibility I am now out of pocket majorly. I wish I read all the reviews before sending my phone off to them. I sent it last week and I have not heard a thing. I have called and emailed and like the other reviews they don't answer emails and the phone line states that you cannot leave a message on all options.
I used the comparison site sellmymobile.co.uk and I have tried to contact them as well but no response.
After some online snooping I found one of the directors of the company on LinkedIn and his mobile number was there.
I received an offer on my mint condition IPhone XR £352.00 they then sent me a counter off of £268! This is was because of the wear on the bezel and rear?! There is no such bloody thing!
I called the directors mobile straight away and complained massively as I could not get through on any of the other lines on the website. Following the call within in minutes I got another email with a new offer, this time for the full amount, I accepted and payment was received just after 3pm today.
I WILL NEVER USE THESE AGAIN! THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.
Anyone who needs to contact the director, can do so by searching them on companies house and then you can find there contact details on LinkedIn.
Not one of these 5 star reviews are real, they are all fakes!
This company is a joke total scammers
This company is a joke total scammers, do not use them. I sent my mobile to them over a week ago and received an email saying it was excessively scratched on the screen (still had protector on) also the body (always had protector) my phone is like new!! I asked for the mobile to be returned but they do not answer my emails, the telephone is an answer machine. This has been over a week now so I am now reporting them to Trading Standards

Scam company, avoid at all costs
Scam company.
Phone in “good” condition, they emailed to say it was “poor” and sent pictures of a phone that wasn’t mine.
Reduced my offer, however I accepted as just wanted to get rid of the phone.
Payment email sent saying I’d receive cash, no payment. They then said they’re having 3rd party payment issues and that I’d get it my Monday.
Monday arrived and nothing, I emailed them again and they said I’d get it by 10pm Monday.. still nothing.
Emailed them the next morning and said I’d reported them to Trading standards, received cash next day.
Reading all the comments it’s the same situation over and over again.
Avoid this company, not worth the stress and waste of your time contacting/chasing them.
