A good experience with this company

A good experience with this company, only marred by the fact I had to pay an extra £15 to deliver to my Scottish central belt home. There should really have been no need for this. However fast service and a good price for the product.

Bad packaging

33 bare root plants were crammed into a box with no protection or separation, as a result I don’t think a third of these will survive.

Edit:
Thank you for your response. I did send an email on receipt of the plants and have received a satisfactory response, with the damaged plants being replaced. My original comment though stands as there was no protection from ‘squashing’ in the box. Some cardboard tubes separating the bags of bare root/coir, I am sure would protect those roots better and give the plants better outcomes.
