Pricing is dodgy, even if you put items in your basket at one price it then gets changed whilest in your basket. I felt this was a deliberate attempt to trick me into spending more as the size boot I added was the only size that the price was increased on. Not what you'd expect from a company. They should honour the price you put in your basket.

We can see the request was during the Christmas period so this could be why, however our team have since reached out to you to get you connected to someone asap.
Glasses lenses damaged due to poor design. Complained to Oakley to be offered a good will gesture 'discount' that was the same as anyone could get in store. Despite the pointless offer you carnt reply to them because its all automated. I wonder if my original complaint was 'automatically' rejected and ignored.
Totally arrogant company, they are so inhuman that they are not even brave enough to talk to people the scam. One star reviews say it all, if it could be no stars I'm sure it would be.
This is a scam company. Despite purchasing in a store of a car park they control we still got a ticket. Absolutely day light robbery. This should be against the law. They will not communicate, and can not provide any evidence and yet openly send threats....utterly outrageous.

Hi George - Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we always appreciate and take on board member feedback. We are sorry to hear that you received a parking fine whilst using the gym. The car park is operated by a third party company in which we do not have any affiliation with. Therefore, we are unfortunately unable to cancel such tickets. Information regarding parking is available on the home page of any PureGym which offers parking.
The correct parking procedures must be followed, to avoid a parking ticket. We would always advise that you appeal the fine and explain the circumstances. If you get in touch with Member Services, we can also provide you with an appeal document which will be an official letter from PureGym Head Office, stating that you are a member of PureGym and your attendance log for the date in question, will also be provided as proof to show you were in the gym.
If your appeal is rejected, we would suggest submitting a case with POPLA. POPLA are an independent appeals process which works with the Ombudsman Service. They investigate whether this fine was issued correctly in accordance with the terms and condition of the car park; whilst reviewing evidence provided in the appeal. On the rejection notice, there should be a 10-digit verification code, and you will then be able to submit an appeal with POPLA via their website: http://www.popla.co.uk/poplaappealprocess. Although we cannot guarantee they will cancel the fine, we do hope for a positive outcome. Thanks, PureGym.

I've got a Love to Shop card that can be used at Halfords, but not online at Halfords. So because I can't use it on line I don't get to benefit from the current 10% discount and have to pay the inflated prices in store, what a rip off this is from Halfords. Edit: To be clear post your response, I did not order at Halfords because I could not use my Love to Shop card on line so to benefit from the discount. I could use my Love to Shop card in store only where the discount is not available.

After marking their own homework on my complaint and despite overwhelming evidence provided to Smart Pensions from another company they still will not accept their error. It now transpires that they have my money but have denied that as well. Just how incompetent can one company be? Edit:- Evidence has been provided, being so intransigent in not being willing to resolve this with the other company involved is not an opinion. Stand by for a further review based on your latest email.

Impossible to communicate with Smart Pension complaints team as they use an encrypted email system. They say its for your protection but it actually means they carnt be contacted with relevant infomation to prove they are wrong. Brilliant way to avoid actually having to deal with customers! Edit: No you have not relied to my reply email. Don't lie to customers!

You can simply reply to us via these emails and I can see that we received your emails in response to our encrypted emails, which we replied to. Edit reply: we resent our email, apologies if you did not receive it.
Further to my last review, the complaints process takes eight weeks! These timescales are wholly inappropriate for an issus that will only take five minutes to see what they have done wrong. What an absolute joke Smart Pensions are. Eight weeks In which to mark their own homework. Who wants to bet they think they've done nothing wrong.

Worst administration of a pension I've ever had. Currently three months of being lied to and shoved from pillar to post to now be told my contributions will not be accessible untill 26th December due to their 'processes' I don't understand how they have so many good reviews, I'd avoid if my current experience is anything to go by.

We're just really sorry that you've not given our wines a try first - we would still love to change your mind about us so please let us know if we can help at any time - we're very passionate about what we do and our winemakers are so very proud of what they're able to produce with the support we're able to give them.
You're never tied into anything with us and can cancel at any stage - plus we have our wine guarantee - definitely worth a try I'd say!
Eight weeks to respond to a complaint after investigating it for all that time, they failed to address the actual complaint. LV policy on complaints is to just run the clock down and avoid the actual issue. Don't bother with the usual contact us response as your a waste of time.
