Quality backpack

I’ve been looking for a good discount on their rucksacks and I managed to buy one at a good price. Delivery was fast and the rucksack is of a very good quality. Has plenty of room and lots of useful zipped pockets. My husband really likes it. Thanks!

Good prices under membership, quick delivery, however, the app didn’t work very well. Lots of glitches, meaning that o had to start my search over and over again. But frustrating. Otherwise all good.

Straightforward ‘search and book’ process

I find it easy and straightforward to search and book a place with love holidays. For me at least is only a matter of knowing here I want to go. The rest is easy. What I would like though and couldn’t see it, is for me to put some dates in, and they tell me what they have and where for that period without me having to input a location. As in anywhere. Other than that all great. And the fact that you can spread payments is also so good! Thank you.

Very happy

Very happy! I ordered a sample which I received in a very short time, then ordered the item which was also delivered fast. Very pleased and will order again if needed. Bare in mind though that some items are third party and takes longer to be delivered. Thank you.

Good communication and delivery time

Good communication and delivery time. Product a bit flimsy otherwise, the lamp shade wouldn’t stay in place and the switch cord is quite hard to pull. Otherwise it looks nice. This is not a reflection on Wayfair as they are not the producer.

Very pleased

Straight forward service. Plenty of details on the website, good description of the plants. I was a bit concerned after delivery as the plant was looking dried out, however, I emailed them to which they reply fast and assuring me that plant is fine just need some time and plenty of water. Plant is now growing at a fast pace. Quick delivery too! Thank you!!

Slow in responding but succeeded eventually

Had few issues that I wasn’t able to resolve via the app/chat, and after few attempts in speaking to someone and scheduling 3 calls back with no one actually calling back, I managed to go through and speak to someone who finally solved my issue straightaway. They might be indeed very busy being one of the the cheapest van insurance.
