We were saddened to see that you left a 1-star review and we have tried to reach out to you multiple times since learning about your issue from this review but haven't yet received a response.

We did reach out with an explanation as we can see that your order was dispatched the day after it was made and marked as delivered with a photo the next day, well within the time frame of the delivery method you selected. We have double checked and can see that an order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email were sent to your email address at the appropriate times however these may have gone to spam/junk. As a small business we don't have the resources to check each customer has received their parcel but as soon as we are contacted regarding an issue we make it a priority to look into it and contact the couriers. However we haven't been able to find any previous contact from you regarding any issues.

Since we have been made aware of this issue we have reached out multiple times to explain all this in further detail and ask for your confirmation if after double checking the couriers tracking of where the parcel was delivered, safeplaces and neighbours the parcel still hasn't been located but have not received a response. As it's been over a week since your delivery we would ask that you reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make contact with the couriers. Also as mentioned if after checking your junk/spam folder you haven't found the emails we are more than happy to send them again.
