Report a repair November 25

Report a repair November 25, 2 surveyors came to look at it, Feb 26 still no work done. Call again March 17th, to be given no update. Asked to put in a complaint, offered a £30 gift voucher for the length of time it had taken to do the repairs, I was told I could only accept the gift voucher if I withdrawn the complaint. Needless to say I did not accept thr gift voucher

Stay clear the trail box sounds tempting

Made the mistake of getting the £6 trail box, but also ordering 2 reduced bottles of gin.

Received the trail box, but not the 2 bottles, which were never shipped out. Clearly states in the order partial shipping. Requested a refund on December 24th, not received it, just getting lots excuses.

Returns service are terrible

Returns service are terrible. Returned online purchase is store, had to chase to receive the refund after 10 days.

Posted back an item, denying they've received and refusing to provide a refund. Not sure what's happening to Quiz, seems as if there is a cash flow issue.

Bought the toaster and Kettle as a set on September 23rd 2025
Kettle is brilliant, toaster stopped working on October 29th 2025. Seller only has a 30 days returns window and no after sales in the UK

So realistically I paid £99 for a kettle what is only worth half that price.

When you sign up for your first box, we make it clear that it’s part of an ongoing membership, and we follow up with a series of emails explaining exactly how the membership works. You’re free to cancel at any time, and our friendly Memberships Team is on hand to make the process quick and easy.

Our average call wait time is around two minutes, and once your membership is cancelled, you’ll receive a confirmation email so you have it in writing. We route cancellations through the phone simply so we can make sure everything is handled promptly and any payments stopped immediately.

Way over priced

Way over priced, when shipped to the UK a £99 dressing grown, charged with the purchase £15. Just received a £24.00 bill from FedEx. Nowhere when purchasing was I made aware if it. Do the maths not worth the delivery charge, which I am sure PIP Studio are aware of.

We are sorry you feel this way about your purchase. Pip Studio charges shipping fees which are clearly listed. Import fees can be charged by the carrier on behalf of your local customs. Although we do list the possibility of import fees on our website, we are working on a pop-up for orders outside the EU. Because of the different rules and laws regarding imports for each country, it is not possible to calculate the exact amount of these fees for us. Until recently, orders with a value of less then a € 150 were not charged at all.

Been with Crunch just over a year now

Been with Crunch just over a year now, it works for me - I stuff up they tell me how to put it right. Friendly Customer Service (Stephen Swift), only issue I have with them is they never turn my self-assessment around quick enough for my liking.

Would I recommend them, yes I can't see me changing accounts in the near future unless they majorly do something wrong.
