They dont know how to setup their own product

I bought an arcade max with light guns. Could not setup as the sensor supplied in the box is different to the one on the instructions. Tried multiple times, eventually drove to their showroom and asked someone to show me how to setup. Staff said we dont know how to setup and will need to ring customer service. Rang and explained the issue, asked for some photos of sensor and no response from Ross after 3 weeks, chased numerous times by phone and email. Raising a small claims court claim as product is not as advertised and they dont have a clue how to setup

Unable to install a starlink satellite

Book online to get a quote for installing Starlink satellite on roof, engineer highlighted could not do as the only install cables up to 7mm and don't have tools for anything larger

Sorry to hear of your experience on this occasion and that we were unable to assist with your satellite dish.
