Good experience

They quoted me an amount and gave me that amount, within the same day of receiving my device. Good company and good service. I had previously sent the phone to smartcellular and they downgraded the phone by 400 for a small mark on the side because of the phone case. A mark I was able to wipe off! Use tech tiger, these other companies are just scams.

scam company

After having no response to my emails I have no choice but to leave a review here. I would not recommend this company. You have my phone, a new phone which has been in the case since the day I bought it and have downgraded it for a made up reason. I took photos before I sent it to you with no marks on it yet you claim there are marks. I want my phone back yet nobody has confirmed to me that it will be shipped back. I have responded that I do NOT accept the horrible offer you have given and provided my return address, SHIP MY PHONE BACK TO ME, it is NOT yours to keep. Order 52260.

Update - I only got a response after writing this review and it took them another week to send the phone back. I've just sent it to another company and surprise surprise I got the full quoted amount bc the phone was in perfect condition. Do NOT use this company, they will just downgrade to scam you. Use tech tiger instead. Fast service and provided your device is in the condition stated, you will get the full amount.

No email communication after you submit the consultation, nobody actually responds to emails and they have now charged me twice for an order that I have not received once. I would not recommend.

Amazing customer service and gorgeous bags!

Their customer service is amazing and very attentive, they corrected a shipping issue immediately and were very sweet about it. As for the bags, well, what can I say?! They are absolutely stunning and well made bags and prove that animals don't need to be tortured to look good. They are also sustainable and ethical. I can't recommend this company enough.

Very bad experience with this company and would not recommend them if you are looking for a trustworthy company to install your MVHR. They lied to us and kept money they shouldn't have been allowed to keep. Wish I had never heard of or spoke with them.

Thank you for your feedback Jini. We are sorry that you feel that you have had a bad experience with our company. When you cancelled your self-build project and hence your ventilation order with us, your account manager did discuss that over 50 hours of consultancy had already been completed on your project, including three different 3D CAD system designs and a room-by-room heat loss report and appraisal to ensure the system was right for the home you were going to build. This was a significant investment of our resources. However, we generously refunded the partial costs for these services despite our Terms and Conditions saying:

‘…10% of the contract value or out of pocket expenses where greater, will be charged or retained if order is cancelled after written acceptance’.

We obviously refunded your deposit and only kept back the 10% cancellation fee, which will not have covered all our costs.

We are therefore puzzled that despite over a year passing since we have had any contact with you, that you are only now voicing your concerns, when we believe we have gone above and beyond our contractual responsibilities. We understand that it was a difficult decision to cancel your self-build project with all the stress that it entailed, but we consider that your comments are unfair, as our Terms and Conditions that you signed, are clear.

Would give less than one star if I…

Would give less than one star if I could. They charge extra for delivery on a specific day and then still don't deliver. Can't contact anybody, the enquiry form doesn't work and they keep you on hold and then hang up. Don't use this useless company.

Update, the response from the company is no help at all. I paid EXTRA for the item to be delivered on that specific day because it was MOTHER'S DAY, as they could not deliver they should be returning the money with an apology, not delivering some wilted, dried up flowers on the WRONG day.

I will be filing a complaint with my bank to get this money reimbursed and never use this company again.

What a joke

This site sells medication at a much higher cost than the NHS but also requires a prescription. There is literally no point in sites like this if you have a prescription, the only reason anybody ever orders from these online sites is to bypass the NHS and get their meds more conveniently without having to deal with their GP each time. Would def not recommend.

Horrible company with lazy drivers…

Horrible company with lazy drivers who lie about deliveries. Our frozen dog food was meant to be delivered yesterday, yesterday the tracking said will deliver by end of day, even at midnight, then this morning it says delivered to a safe place 3 days ago, before the company even shipped it. Clearly it's a lie, there's no photo and I was home all week, nobody knocked. So tired of delivery drivers who can't do a basic job. Tracking number JJD0002231387560727

would give less than 1 if i could. Sent an old device, it was old for sure but in perfect condition as never used. After taking much longer than needed to test the device, they come back with some nonsense reason as to why they are actually lowering my offer down to 10. I think they just make up reasons for why the phones are faulty so they can steal your tech and resell at a high value. Do NOT trade in your device with this company

Good products

I did also have an issue with an order not arriving but it was stuck in customs for some reason and the company provided a full refund and a discount for future orders. If you have any issues contact the company and also check your spam folder, that is where my emails were going when I thought nobody was responding. After sorting my previous issue, my next order arrived quickly, within a week, and I have to say, the products are very good. I have eyebrow implants, which means while I do have a lot of hair, they can very very unruly and hard to maintain and raw brow gave me a salon quality lamination. Definitely try it, it's the best home lamination product I have tried.

Horrible company

Horrible company, if you have the choice I recommend finding another insurance. Axa doesn't cover anything and they will lie to you and tell you they will cover something in order to get you to sign up. This is what happened to me, I spent an hour on the phone with a woman who told me exactly what procedures and hospitals would be covered and told me I had to have a higher premium in order to be covered for the surgery I needed. I mistakenly took her word because you can't check it anywhere, they don't make coverage information easily. I paid high premiums specifically to cover a procedure and then after a year of waiting for the moratorium to be over they said they won't cover. The doctor has confirmed that many axa patients in the past have been covered for the same surgery but they decided to mess me around for months. they never call you back so you have to call each time and wait an hour just to get through to somebody, and each person tells you something different. Absolute scam of a company. I wish I had gone with a different insurance company.
