I placed an order with Oz Home Hub at…

I placed an order with Oz Home Hub at the start of October 2025 with a listed delivery date in November. The delivery never arrived, and I had to follow up myself. Only after chasing them did they tell me they will not have the item in their warehouse until January 2026. This delay was never stated on their website at the time of purchase.

Under Australian Consumer Law a business must not accept payment for goods if they cannot supply them within the timeframe they advertise. This is covered under Section 36 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. It is also considered misleading under Section 18 because they failed to inform me of the stock shortage or the real delivery timeframe.

I gave them a chance to respond to my email asking how they planned to fix this situation, but they never replied. They also have no working customer service line and no way to speak to anyone directly, which makes resolving this extremely difficult.

Given the lack of communication, the failure to supply the item within the advertised timeframe, and the concerns about the legitimacy of this company, I will be making an official complaint to the relevant governing body.

I heard about them from best prop firms…

I heard about them from best prop firms and joined their discord. Found out they have all these ways to gain free accounts which was awesome. Got a 5k challenge for free. The rules are straight forward and just got approved for my payout of $180. Will use this to buy a higher challenge but so far so good.

Sean Edema made the process incredibly easy from start to finish. It took 2 weeks to work out all the forms, have the car picked, and installed with dark tinting, and cameras. Thanks, and highly recommend them.

As a long-term subscriber

As a long-term subscriber, I expected Netflix to maintain transparent and user-friendly practices for account and billing management. Unfortunately, recent experiences have proven otherwise, especially regarding changes to the billing cycle and the lack of clear guidance.

Firstly, Netflix fails to clearly communicate the effects that changes to your account can have on the billing cycle. Adjustments to plans or billing settings seem straightforward but can lead to unexpected surprises with billing dates and charges. There’s no advance warning about how seemingly minor adjustments might impact your billing schedule, which is a basic aspect of customer transparency.

Moreover, Netflix's inflexibility around billing dates is deeply inconvenient. Once an adjustment has been made, you’re effectively stuck with the new billing date—even if it doesn’t suit your schedule. A simple request to revert to the original date or select a preferred billing cycle cannot be accommodated, as Netflix lacks any option to adjust billing cycles once they’re set.

The only workaround is to cancel your subscription entirely and rejoin on a date that aligns with your preferred billing schedule. This, however, is a frustrating solution with a major downside: you lose your profile’s watch history, preferences, and recommendations. For those who’ve built up years of personalised content, this is an enormous drawback that Netflix doesn’t adequately address. It’s a surprising oversight for a company that prides itself on understanding user data.

Overall, Netflix could improve in both clarity and flexibility. The lack of clear communication and billing flexibility is disappointing

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. Never buy anything from them. Dealing with a staff member Kilo November and the blunt rudness and the accusing statement made is the worst. I will never support EPIC for this, will be happy to throw my money and support for Steam every day of the week because of how crap the service is.

TBH its disappointing that they wont…

TBH its disappointing that they wont refund a key I cant use. Even if they stated that they will refund me once the key is on sold its a lie. They told me that last time and still to this day nothing has been done and I'm left with a region locked key so I cant trust them when they say "dont worry you will be refunded shortly once the key is on-sold"

Other sites like cdkeys will actually refund you straight away if you purchased something that you cant use which begs the question, why use a CJS when I can get better service and its cheaper.

While I really want to vote 1 star I have had many previously good experiences with them, the last time and this time however have really put a sour taste in my mouth.

I would have happily given a 5 star review but the fact that Im now jumping through hoops on something that is completely unusable when I raised the ticket to refund the product that cant be used not even 15 minutes after purchase is just poor effort from them.

I've been a long time customer of CJS …

I've been a long time customer of CJS CD keys and I've never had a problem until recently. I bought a key for x-com that didnt work. The key was region locked and upon notification to CJS nothings been done. I've asked for a refund but still nothing. I've asked for an update on the resale of the key and I was told by customer support to not message again unless I require further assistance.

Overall this experience has made me extremely wary to purchase again from them and currently would not be telling anyone else to purchase from them. If you're stuck in the same situation as me then my might as well kiss your money goodbye because they care naught for people stuck with region locked cd-keys.

I find this review very uncalled for - as you will see on order 1020328 we have already replied to your ticket and despite you ordering the wrong key yourself (it's not intended for your region) we allowed you to get a refund on it by putting the key up for re-sale and giving you a full refund once the key has been resold.

If you can update your review to positive this would be very helpful. After-all, most of our competitors will not refund even if a customer buys a key for the wrong region.
