Fantastic customer service! Nathan was brilliant sorting out an order I messed up when placing. As soon as the order was rectified it was sent. Really good service.

You receive an email saying order accepted and that they usually are that fast you can't change delivery address or cancel order .. my trainers was ready to pick up 3 days later (not bad, average). Second order I have just received an email saying my order has been despatched .. waited 6 days for this (delivery 3-5 days) ordered another pair of trainers from another company received them 2 days after order on standard delivery.. a bit slow is my final opinion
