Quality issues

Ordered two items both shrunk quite a lot. The t-shirt ordered is now unwearable because of this. At £45 for the t-shirt expected much better. Hoodie shrunk is just OK enough but not the fit I wanted. All washing guidelines were followed. It fit great initially but not after the first wash. Quite frustrating for the amount spent. Shame as designs are great.

We're really sorry to hear that both of your items have shrunk. We understand how disappointing this must be, especially given the price point.

Our garments are made from 100% organic cotton, which is breathable, soft, and a better choice for the environment. As our garments don't contain any synthetic fibres, slight shrinkage can occasionally occur after the first wash. However, organic cotton does naturally relax back toward its original shape with wear.

To help the items return to size, we recommend soaking them in cold water, running a low spin to remove excess water, then gently remoulding them to their original length and hanging to dry. If this doesn’t help, please contact customerservice@art-of.com so we can assist you further.

Great team

I had excellent service from firstly live chat(Beth) who helped me obtain my receipt, then the staff instore at Leeds white rose branch. This was to return a pair of faulty nike air max which they exchanged. Very satisfied with the way this was dealt with thank u Schuh.

Taking advantage

Wouldn't offer a reasonable contract renewal. The day after I cancelled and requested pac code all of a sudden they can offer much better. But I still remember the recent 15% increase absolute robbery. Rip off roaming also. Extreme profiteering from a company making billions take a stand people

The vast majority of cashback tracks automatically but every now and again a sale may not track, or is cancelled in error.

Dont honour their offers

Twice in the last month i've met the qualifying criteria of their bet and get club and they've refused to honour saying i didnt opt in. I definitely opted in on both occasions but the thieving gets just played dumb and said I didn't opt in. Disgraceful customer service. They dont mind taking your money but dont expect anything back as they dont give what they promise
