The wrong item was delivered which was disappointing as it was a Christmas present. I tried to order the correct item but it was sold out.

My order didn’t turn up and I was told it would be best to reorder which I had to do. Fortunately the items were still available.

The tractor was very competitively priced with the trailer included. The ordering process was very easy and the delivery was prompt with great communications. The handover was very friendly and informative and we got a real sense of customer service. Overall 10/10 so would highly recommend.

Such great customer service when we had an issue with a swimsuit. We received a very fast response, were updated on the discussions NK was having with the manufacturer and a replacement was promptly arranged. Sarah from NK could not have done more or been more friendly and communicative. They managed to turn an issue with a designer product into a very positive consumer experience! Nice work NK. :)

A&C supplied a sewage pumping station for our rennovated coach house. The quality of the product was first class - industrial quality engineering and great value for money. I recommend never using this company! We ordered furniture for two bedrooms with a fitting date confirmed for the end of November 2018. The work is still not complete and they are now proposing 28th May to finish the installation - a delay of six months in addition to the original lead time!

During this time we have constantly had to chase Hammonds. They rarely respond, pass the case between so called customer care representatives who share email addresses and they seem to have a complete disconnect between their customer facing teams, fitters and materials departments.

There is a total disregard for the customer once the deposit and second payment have been taken. The quality of the furniture is OK apart from the drawers which are flimsy. The carcasses are chipboard and quite weak but end up being covered so I suppose most customers would not notice.

We have had the worst customer experience having spent nearly £14,000 with Hammonds. We have been offered compensation but all we wanted was the job done on time with an element of ownership from Hammonds to resolve the various issues.

I will definitely not use them again for my remaining bedrooms.
