Absolutely disgusting company, their staff are allergic to the truth. We were duped last December into signing with their agency. We have had 4 viewing in 3 months and I’m fairly sure they were unemployed actors, not potential buyers . None of the potential buyers had the budget to afford our property. All were complete times wasters. We have been fobbed off over and over again.

Here is the latest BS received from Connells in Letchworth:-Thank you for the below, I do understand where you are coming from regarding the concerns around lack of interest.
I am having the same conversation with a lot of our vendors now, because as good as he is at his job, Craig was notorious at pricing houses too high, leaving us with these difficult conversations. As I mentioned he has now left the company, and we are picking up what we can only call, his errors.

Don’t even deserve a one

Don’t even deserve a one, they are useless. Kept me waiting over an hour at pick up point. Kept getting fed BS driver is 5 minutes away. DON’T BE MUGGY TELL THE TRUTH your scammers rip off merchants also their car park is 30 mins away from Heathrow don’t think your saving a few quid THEY ARE DREADFUL I GOT TO MY CAR 1 hour and 35 minutes after calling them !!!!!!!! I had flown in from Thailand and had been travelling 23 hours by the time I got home AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE S£@T

Letchworth TOYOTA full of frauds

Would rate a zero as just crooks posing as Salesmen. Toyota Letchworth are no better than a dodgy back street car garage. Firstly they dupe you with a selection of vehicles on their website that are supposedly available no images but competitively priced. On arrival the BS vehicles you are told have already been sold ??? No test drives no images I smell BULL instead you then get offered something old that they are not sure what the price is no sure what the history is but does have a nice big chip in the windscreen, when you do push for prices after being waffled to all their computers are having issues ??? Strange every member of staff has their heads down working. Avoid like the plague ALSO NOT THE FIRST REVIEW LIKE THIS ABOUT THE LETCHWORTH BRANCH

Absolute scammers

Absolute scammers, on test drive advised Sales Man that the car had a slow puncture. Assured tyre would be replaced all they have done is inflate it. One week after receiving car engine management light on, numerous faults. Only sold with one key still waiting for contact details to get a replacement key. Won’t answer phone salesman also dodging my calls.

Do not buy from Wickes at Letchworth and hope you do not get Frank as a project manager

Do not buy a kitchen from Wickes in Letchworth Garden City. You will be told everything you want to hear about how wonderful the service is how quickly your new kitchen will arrive and you'll be kept in the loop throughout. Haha what a load of utter BS the reality is once they've got your money your F'ed. Part of your kitchen will turn up on time. The most important bits won't. You won't be told this so you'll waste your time chasing your own tail as Wickes won't help you. Then you have a wonderful project manager ours is called Frank. He should work in a monastery as he has taken a vow of silence he will not call you, he will not answer your calls he will not reply to your WhatsApp messages we are now entering week 4 of a 2 week kitchen build we have no sink, no hob, no washing machine THIS is house of containing 3 working people, who need to go to work everyday. Occasionally you will get some positive news oh yes I guarantee my fitters will attend without fail on Monday, Then you hear nothing for a week so you then send a message just to confirm they are still coming to be informed they are now on another job so basically it's tough S#it, So you can wait even longer. But your great Project Manager wasn't even going to bother letting you know they are not attending. He also won't bother to settle the blow and tell you when they will be attending he will just ignore you again. My wife and I are constantly wasting days off work to sit on our arses waiting for non-Existant work man. So as I enter week 4 I'm still in the dark with a bombsite of a kitchen. I have no idea if my kitchen will ever be finished and no idea when the next trade will be attending. Buts that's ok I have unlimited annual leave available to me to waste. I don't mind being ignored I'm only a paying customer. I was patient at first but now I'm raging. DO NOT BUY FROM WICKES YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !!!

Asked for a large jacket

Asked for a large jacket, was sent a small jacket then phoned customers services and I was hold for so long got charged £9.17 so your mistake. Spoke to a very arrogant young man with virtually zero customer skills will not be using Country Attire.
