Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service. Website states 4-6 working days which is highly inaccurate. I am now trying to get my money back but customer service are very delayed in responding.

I would urge anyone thinking of using DON'T

I would urge anyone thinking of using this company to refrain. They are NOT a removal company they are a man with a van. My regular man and van charges me £220 per day but I thought to make my life easy I'd use a proper removal firm. Any Van up sold everything and I paid £1300. My home was damaged and also my goods. Any Van do not care. I paid for 2 extra men and they sent only 2 no refund offered. My furniture was dragged on blankets as it was too heavy for two men to lift. My table worth £8000 was chipped and cracked. Sales people are conditioned robots who do not listen or care. As my items wouldn't all fit I had to hire another van the week after who were far superior and charged me £220. Please do not use this company.

DREADFUL COMPANY DO NOT MAKE PURCHASES…

DREADFUL COMPANY DO NOT MAKE PURCHASES WITH THEM! I purchased £6000 worth of flooring Brimham aged sunshine. I have had hard wood flooring in a previous property and never ever had an issue. The first floor I have had laid has marked even when sweeping. The company do not care. There are huge deep marks in the floor and I have been told to sand it and re stain it. It takes two days for an email to be answered and it is impossible to speak to a manager or supervisor. Basically I have wasted £6000 on flooring that is of horendous quality. Please be aware and do NOT spend your money with these sharks.

We understand that you were frustrated with the issues that you have faced around the scratches that have appeared on your flooring post installation, but having spoken with the customer service team member, we have arranged to collect the unused packs of flooring for a refund and also discounted your order for you.
Once the unused packs have been collected a refund for these will be processed.

Scam of a company. Don’t use. I sent four phones and they knocked everyone down in price. Still waiting for money. Music magpie are far more honest.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

From the beginning this company were dreadful - AVOID at all costs! Delivery was late. Car is not fit for purpose. We were told we could transfer the lease but now we are told we cannot. The settlement figure is £14500 and there is no negotiation. Dreadful customer service from the very start. No one at Arval cares and anyone struggling financially will get no help what so ever.

Account is frozen with no access to…

Account is frozen with no access to move my money or exchange. Contacted wirex several times and they tell me to apply for a new card. There is no option to do this. It appears to be a total scam.

Need to work harder to keep up with the market. Basic customer care. Should be dispatching until the 23rd for 254th delivery. Shoddy!

Thank you for your order and for taking the time to leave a review.

I'm sorry to say that your review has left us all a little confused and we'd be grateful for some clarification if possible.

You placed an order with us on the 14th December at 18:18pm, using our free 3-5 working day service, having checked the tracking, the parcel was delivered and signed for on the 20th December at 11:36am which means it arrived within 4 working days - at the busiest time of the year.

Our last shipping date for Christmas 2017 was December 18th, which was to allow time for all orders to arrive at their destination in time for Christmas. We do acknowledge that other companies will offer delivery right up until the last minute, but I'm sure you'll agree that you'd be more disappointed with an item not arriving, than with a company who have a slightly earlier cut off time? You would only need to check the larger companies social media pages at this time of year to support our reasoning.

Its also worth pointing out that the 23rd was a Saturday, and no courier will deliver on a Sunday. We also can't find any record of any contact from yourself, so have to refute your claims about our 'basic customer care' as it doesn't look like we had an opportunity to answer any queries you may have had.

Dreadful

Terrible experience. Booked a car from Geneve swiss side. Car was not available at swiss side but was at French. Charged £408 extra for winter tyres and pass. This took 3 hours and a lot of upset. Ruined our holiday. No one at Budget would help us.
