Good aftersale and troubleshooting!...ordered the seat for my wife's new bicycle..placing the order was absolutely no problem. But probably because of the holidays I didn't receive anymore info about the shipment (or at least not directly) reported it to customerservice got an immediate reaction from Lisa @ the customerservice and after looking in to my order everything started going uphill. The product came and the pack is awesomely packed in a closed bag with a lot of extra goodies (reflectors for your spokes...a tyre repair kit...and a raincover) it just didn't disappoint and their customer service is just on point...they are awesome and have awesome products period!

Bought the stretch down hoodie 2.0 of the website 48 hours later it reached mainland germany where I have my front door...been wearing it the last 2 days of autum misery weather...wind rain low temperatures and I was a bit sceptical when I got it out of the package but the garment is an absolute winner...it keeps wind out and keeps me just as warm as my 2 snugpacks that are at least 2 times the thickness of the stellar sdh. Multiple emails about shipment even instructions about how to get the garment ready for use out of the box...verdict: this is my new friend for bad wheater to come and worthy of every cent I spent...Will be back for more top products from stellar because price might be high but when it gets really bad wheater you know where that money is spend (on a garment that actually is up to its task)

Fine onlineshop with fine aftersale service...ordered arai rx7v Pedrosa for wife online turned out the size was little bit too big. Called customerservice they told me to send the helmet back with the return forms so that they could book the payment back that all took about 24 hours...the gentleman from customerservice told me they couldn't do a one on one swap so I had to order a smaller size in the store wich was perfectly fine by me. Got the refund new size is underway so my personal experience qith fcmoto has been great...Ille give it 2 thumbs up.
