I love the xs kit I purchased. I thought the price was good compared to elsewhere. There was more than what I needed, which I did not expect. So much so, that I made 2 more terrariums than I had planned. The parcel arrived promptly, well packaged and the instructions were very easy to follow.

Nothing but bad experiences
Don't even know where to begin. Id waited in all day until about 4pm and thought I'd give the driver a ring, see how long he thinks he might be. He outright said he wasn't coming. Said he was in his personal car and the last time he came on the street it got scratched. How the hell is that my problem??? So took us 1 hour to get to talk to a person on the phone at customer services. They did nothing but tell lies, saying people would ring us back to get the issue resolved. So they said the parcel would transfer to another driver and we'd get it that night, needed it because it was for VM broadband we were paying for and not getting, we needed the hub! Surprisingly no one came and the status of the parcel changed to "sent back to sender"! What in the hell did they do that for. Luckily I'd arranged for another sending the day after because I just knew YODEL would be useless again. Get the text the next day and it's the same driver, what a bad start. My partner called him and we arranged for him to come at a time between 10-11am and call us when he arrived and we had to meet him at the bottom of the street because he refused to go any further. Best part is any a couple of week later I saw that driver and he was parked and went into a house round the corner. Must live in the area! He could of walked it round and not damaged his car. Said he'd been told not to deliver because the area is dangerous etc.. all excuses but we'd see. Yodel vans up and down the street all week! I'd never felt so offended. A few days later there was another knock at the door, a different yodel driver, in a van. Redelivering the first parcel, so the original tracking was a lie, it never got sent back. Yodel are the most incompetent company ever. I have no idea why companies choose to use them. If they did the research and read consumer reviews they'd avoid them. Nobody was any help at the company at all. Looking at yodel workers reviews aren't great either, one even says "easy to steal parcels"

Dreadful experience
I thought everything had gone well when I ordered my trainers on the Tuesday. It specified in the confirmation email that payment wouldn't be taken until they were dispatched and delivery could be up to 5 days.
How wrong that was. 4 days went by and no dispatch email and payment was taken. I contacted office via the customer service email for them to reply they were still processing my order. From that moment on I thought it was a bit weird. Being a high street retailer I had high trust in the brand. Each day I contacted on twitter and email. Same story each day "finding your perfect pair" "still processing". Until day 9 when I'd had enough and rage fuelled me, these were a gift to me my partner was paying for so he was down on cash and extremely annoyed. I contacted saying I didn't believe they were turning up and asked them to cancel the order and refund me. They said they couldn't refund me until they had the goods returned???? If anyone in that team had a brain cell they'd know the goods had not been shipped. I said this and also that I was within my rights to cancel as I've paid for something I haven't got within the time frame and they charged when they stated they wouldn't. I heard nothing back for hours and that morning their supposed twitter help didn't start at 9:30am like usual, must of needed a lie in. In the end my partner went through PayPal to get the funds back and a while later there was a confirmation email that they had cancelled the order. So they lied saying they couldn't do that. It also said we hadn't been charged for the order, but we had been already. Luckily for us we did use PayPal. I never thought a place as well known would of been this difficult. To top it off they use YODEL who I have had lots of problems with so even if they had been sent, will have probably never seen them get to my door. Horrific service, even worse generic responses that aren't catered to your problem. Avoid this store. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID!!!
