Very pleasant experience all round. Good email contact re order received, order dispatched, etc...I was always kept up to date.
Delivery time far quicker than expected. I was told 4 - 6 weeks but the goods arrived inside two weeks. And that was delivering to Germany.
Very comprehensive stock. I wanted straight handrail brackets in brass which More Handles could offer. Impossible to find here in Germany.
Altogether I am very satisfied. Thank you!

Shannon Harris is handling a new tenancy agreement for me. She appears to be efficient, is reliable and friendly. I say "appears" because I've not had many dealings with her.
