What a brilliant team and company!

What a brilliant team and company! It feels so refreshing to deal with a company who truly cares: from my initial enquiry, to the measuring and then fitting appointment, every member of staff I had the pleasure of dealing with was brilliant-efficient, polite, knowledgable and reliable. So happy with my steel door-it has elevated our downstairs space emencely.

Fantastic service - cannot fault

The whole team were really helpful, efficient and professional. Very kind and reasonably priced. The work they did for me looks fantastic; cannot tell I have had my paint repaired. Would use again and recommend to friends/family

Awful experience; left cameraless

I have never posted a bad review for anybody before now but I believe I need to share my experience to prevent it occurring to others. I ordered the canon eos m3 over a week ago; it said it was in stock online and i decided to pay extra for speedy delivery to ensure it arrived in time for my holiday. I received a call from a very friendly staff member a day or so after i ordered it offering me other products and confirming my order would be shipped out and delivered within 5 days maximum. After 7 days, with no camera delivered, i called customer services where i was eventually told this camera was in fact not in stock. After i explained that I had been told by their website and by their colleague on the phone that it was in stock and going to be delivered within 2-5 days, I was also told that there were 6 people waiting for the same camera before me-this makes no sense does it? Clearly they show items that are in stock that they know aren't to ensure you order with them and worst of all it took ME to call them to find out the truth. Why would they not call me to let me know the camera was not in stock and would not be delivered anywhere near the time I was originally told? I have had to cancel my order and am currently waiting for my refund. Left without a camera and just 3 days to find it elsewhere before my holiday, I strongly recommend not using SLR hut and shopping elsewhere for your desired product.
