Having purchased a lawn mower that…

Having purchased a lawn mower that stopped working well inside the warranty period, it took me three weeks to get them to accept the warranty liability.
I was left to find my own packaging material for the return and make myself available for a whole day for the lawn mower to be collected.
Will I use them again mmm I don't think so.

Never knock the door and if they do they are gone before I get there.
This is a gravel road containing a foot path used by parents children and animals and I am constantly having to tell them to slow down.

Sadly this lawn mower is the worse…

Sadly this lawn mower is the worse piece of machinery I have ever brought, it has a mowing time with both batteries required of 15mins and a recharge time of one hour,
This does not even cut my borders in that time let alone a lawn.

We do however understand your frustrations but I'm sure you can see that is is disappointing for us to have a 1 star service review for a product we supplied to you without any prior advice (reading back on emails exchanged with our customer service team it appears this machine was recommended to you by an alternative service agent - perhaps they are most deserving of the 1 star?).

35 Unavailable items in one shop !!

My shop is due to arrive today and I have 35 items missing. From skimmed milk to celery !! Very very disappointing especially as I have now got to go into town and get the items that are unavailable.
Very worried as I have booked a Christmas shop and dread that this could be the same.

Sadly not the happiest couple a smile…

Sadly not the happiest couple a smile and how are you today would have helped but I guess English was a slight problem but we didn’t pay for anything other than the furniture.
I was contacted by the delivery company 5weeks after the review was posted to apologies for the manner in which the delivery drivers conducted themselves and assured me further training would be carried out to improve customer contact.

I have had my robotic mower for 5 weeks…

I have had my robotic mower for 5 weeks now and it has been nothing but trouble the boundary settings are erratic and the mowing days dont always do what is requested.
The mowing pattern changes almost daily and the machine cannot be left unattended which is exactly why I brought the mower.
There are no clear instructions on how to active the mower correctly other than the start up book, and the after sales service is none existent.
This is proving to be one of my worst purchases ever and I am seriously thinking of returning it.

I order what I believed to be a piece of MDF 50 x 100 cms sadly I did not fully understand the website and received a sample size in mm.
After speak to customer services and explain how I made the error I was given a full refund of all costs.
This enabled me to continue with my project.

We do need to reiterate that all of our products are cut exactly to the dimensions entered on our website at the time of ordering, and in this case that is what was supplied. The trousers I ordered were supposed to…

The trousers I ordered were supposed to be 40 waist by 30 inside leg, all three pairs measured 29 inch leg.
As a curtesy I made Oscar Jacobson aware of the problem but added as I needed them for a golf holiday I would keep them.
I was amazed to received an email responce saying it was nothing to do with them and I should contact the manufacturer.
Little surprise the manufacturer is in China, I wonder how many other pairs they have sold with the same problem.
Under the sale of goods act all goods sold regardless of what product they are must have a description matching the product, the label sewn into the trousers clearly states they are 40W x 30L.
The trade description act carries the same condition's, obviously the correspond party is very sadly misinformed of Oscar Jacobsons obligation with whom my contract clearly sits,
If I could give them a zero for very curt customer service I would.

Unfinished paintwork

I have over the years purchased 9 sets of brass window poles and associated attachment's, from a quality point of view they are excellent.
However I have one grievance other than the poles themselves the paint is never finished off, for instance the Finials are never completely sprayed with the last 4cms left as bare metal, this is not in itself a problem but if the poles need joining the joiner is always half sprayed and if it is centred correctly there is always a piece of bare metal showing.
Surely it is not cost saving it must be quicker to spray the 12cms of pole joiner making it far mor versatile as I have to keep having to try and match the paint which is virtually impossible.
