Ordering an expensive door remotely via a website felt risky. However, the overall experience was excellent. The quality of the door is excellent and beyond expectation. The fit is perfect in a complex wall of a 220 year old house.
The measurement survey was conducted by Adrian who patiently took me through the options and design adjustment for a perfect fit.
The design detail was communicated flawlessly to the factory and the installation team. The installers were Lewis, Owen and Simon. They arrived fully prepared to carry out what was a complex installation. Their work was highly professional and time efficient.
These 4 staff members are a credit to the company.
In addition to their skills they were willing to drive an over 12 hours round trip from Steel Doors to my home in Edinburgh. Both Adrian and Lewis's team arrived with a smile and went straight to work and didn't stop until finished.
I would also like to thank Jess and Natalia for coordinating the survey and installation visits and keeping me up to date.
