What an easy site to use

What an easy site to use! I used another site last year and found it very difficult. This was much easier to use and had some great information on there to help me in my purchase of a new Woodburner. I then spoke with Jessica who was very helpful and advised me regarding delivery. I would 100% recommend this website.

FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

Kate King handled a problem I had regarding 3 x spa day vouchers that i had bought for myself and 5 family members form Christmas. Due to me requiring an unexpected major operation at the beginning of February we are unable to use the vouchers in the allocated time.
Kate handled my enquiry with great efficiency, a friendly nature and with genuine concern for my situation. She was able to give me full refund so that I can rebook a similar deal in the future when we will all be able to go.

Well Done Kate, its a refreshing pleasure to have someone give great customer service. You are an asset to wowcher and a great ambassador for the brand!
