A whole positive experience and a UK based company…

I sourced and purchased a log burner from them. I had searched across the UK for what I wanted and found that a lot of companies were not based in the UK.
This is a UK based company, with UK (Midlands) based offices and a small warehouse. The staff provided excellent service and are extremely friendly.
Given that, recognising my own failings, I have a penchant for writing negative experience reviews, that I have written this extremely positive review, should be a very positive recommendation in its own right.
I would highly recommend using this company.
They are extremely helpful, competitive and friendly.

What an easy site to use

What an easy site to use! I used another site last year and found it very difficult. This was much easier to use and had some great information on there to help me in my purchase of a new Woodburner. I then spoke with Jessica who was very helpful and advised me regarding delivery. I would 100% recommend this website.
