My first order, using a discount code was great! Super fast delivery too. Sadly it was too big, and as there is no exchange option, I had to return using their absolutely brilliant returns system. I then re-ordered the coat and tried to apply the discount code but I couldn’t use it :( so I got the gorgeous coat I wanted but didn’t get the welcome discount.

I virtually order on repeat from Naturalistic Products, but their customer service was particularly good recently when I chose the incorrect shipping method. So helpful and replying to emails very swiftly! Thanks again! :)

Very poor service. Even worse communication, both by email and Facebook Messenger, neither of my messages were replied to! I paid extra to get my order expedited and apparently got a 60% discount? I don’t think so! It cost a fortune, arrived at my home very late in the evening - the hardcover photo book itself was creased and was too late for the leaving gift and do it was intended for. Dreadful on all counts. I’ll use Snapfish again the next time, far superior quality and service.
Edited following response: Thank you, Joey. I’ll email the photos of the damaged photo book. It was useless as the leaving gift it was intended to be. Really, I should be requesting a refund.

There was a great selection of beds to choose from. Paul was really helpful, listening to our concerns and providing us with information then leaving us to browse, and make a decision. There was no pressure at all and he made sure we understood all aspects of the bed we bought.

I have got damaged discs in my neck and have also had two surgeries on my back, so I’ve always been very particular about my pillows. I bought the Original Easy Sleeper pillow plus pillow protector and I truly noticed a remarkable difference after just two nights’ sleep! The very slight smell disappears very quickly and the pillow, although firmer than I was used to, tends to soften just enough, which makes it super comfortable. I absolutely love it, so much so that I bought another one to keep at my caravan! It really does realign your neck and shoulders. I no longer wake up with a migraine type headache. Honestly, it great - if you’re reading this and you’re still not sure, just give it a try - I’d highly recommend it! 😃

We created our wedding album (photo book) using Snapfish and it's beautiful! We went on to order a further four photo books for relatives as well as a photo panel which is gorgeous.
We've also purchased personalised 'Thank you' cards. All products were excellent quality and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Snapfish - their range of products and the quality are second to none. The website is easy to navigate and everything is really simple to use.
The fact that I now get 50 free 6x4 prints a month is an added bonus!
