I was expecting a parcel which never showed up. A week later after DOZENS of unanswered calls and emails to this company's 'customer service' they replied saying their driver had left my parcel in the porch. Well, firstly I don't have a porch, and secondly no parcel on my doorstep. Do they care? NOT FOR A SECOND. One month later I am still waiting for a response as what they are going to do about my lost parcel. Utter waste of time and the worst customer service i have EVER experienced. I will never knowingly use this company again, and will tell everyone i can to avoid using them as well
