Mechanic got in touch straight away. Collected the car, identified the issue, suggested an affordable fix, completed the work and returned the car. Very happy.

Nice gift set

Nice gift set. Would have been 5* but the advert picture had an older bottle of port (2015). The one that arrived was 2024. Also, packaging was different to what was suggested. Looked better in the pictures. But the recipients were still pleased with what they received

These seem like good quality products, although to be honest I don't think there's any true way of verifying how good vitamin supplements really are. I definitely noticed the difference after taking vitabiotics ultra zinc

Great event let down by organisation

Really enjoyed driving the cars and instructors were great. They were more than happy for you to put your foot down and make the most of it. The selection of cars is fantastic as well. The spirit of the event is exactly what you want - just having fun in the cars.

Only thing that let the day down was organisation. I turned up at the time specified, which was mid morning, and by this point they were already over an hour behind schedule. Obviously there can be mechanical issues, but at that time of the morning, and looking at the registration queues, it seemed to be down to overbooking and understaffing. You were given a time and a ticket, but it almost had no correlation to when you would be driving and in what order. Luckily we didn't have plans for the rest of the day, but if we had they would have gone out the window as the experience took much longer than was suggested.

With all that said I would still go to another day, but with my expectations slightly different for the time I'd be there.

Shockingly bad service

Shockingly bad service. Took three weeks to provide us with no broadband, with no clarity on when it would go live. I cancelled the contract and they have tried to charge a 'breakage fee' of over £300, despite them not providing us with anything. Takes a long time to speak to anyone on the phone and agents are curt. Live chat is extremely slow. Avoid.

Ridiculous handling fees

In terms of service I had no issues at all with viagogo; the tickets were delivered to my hotel in time for the gig and communication was great. However, the booking fee was ridiculous, and then added on to that was a completely unjustifiable postage charge. Wouldn't use again for this reason alone.
