Shockingly bad service
Shockingly bad service. Took three weeks to provide us with no broadband, with no clarity on when it would go live. I cancelled the contract and they have tried to charge a 'breakage fee' of over £300, despite them not providing us with anything. Takes a long time to speak to anyone on the phone and agents are curt. Live chat is extremely slow. Avoid.
