I am finding this Ohme Pro charger…

I am finding this Ohme Pro charger somewhat non-user friendly.
Let us decide how we want to charge our car. A simple start and finish functionality would be great. I don’t want to solely rely on the ‘smart’ feature. Too many factors that could not get the car charged to where I want it to get to. Also, the app is too busy and has far too many options. In this day and age simplicity is best.

A total breeze to deal with from start to finish.

Charlie from 'Home Leisure Direct' had been great from start to finish. We went to the showroom to have a look at a few of the tables and Charlie was ever so helpful and made it a breeze purchasing the pool dining table. He answered all our questions, and we went away having purchased a 'Signature Chester Pool table'. We were made up with the table but also Charlie's top service.
Overall, the experience with Home Leisure Direct and Charlie was exceptional. Everything went to plan and the chaps who came to fit the table in our dining room explained every step of what they were doing.
The entire process was painless and there was one less thing to worry about seeing that we were moving home!

Ohme what a breeze......

I had been informed all of the way with regards to the installing of my Ohme EV Charger, and when the time came to arrange installation, the process was fluent and a breeze which was supported by Archie at Ohme who was most helpful.

Furniture Village always has great furniture and there is always staff on hand at the Stevenage branch to help you.

Poor service as a first-time customer

As a first-time customer I was eager to try your shoes as the concept sounds exciting, relevant, and has the backing of ethics and values behind the brand name. However, having made my order to purchase 2 pairs of shoes and pay for additional costs to receive the items the next day, I only received one pair. I queried this via your chatbot where I was interacting with one of your customer service colleagues who said she will investigate this issue and get back to me via email. Regrettably, I am still yet to hear and am yet to receive the second pair of shoes. A poor experience as a first-time purchaser of your shoes and question if I would purchase again from yourselves. I have not only paid additional costs to receive the ordered items next day, which haven't materialised, I am yet to receive the second pair or hear what is happening with my order.

Contract renewal with excellent customer service

I had contacted Gigaclear as my contract was coming to an end. And as advertised when I initially took out my broadband, they had said my new monthly fee would go up (which I understood and was fine with). I

I contacted Gigaclear Customer Retention Team this afternoon where I was greeted by Chino. Chino was most welcoming and provided EXCELLENT service. Chino explained all my options regarding the various levels of broadband I could have and managed to offer me a revised price for a renewal contract. he even up-sold me a better package to what I am currently on today, which I was more than happy to accept. He explained the new package clearly and always asked me if I had any questions to ensure I was happy with what he was offering me, but also, for peace of mind.

Thank you Chino. Your excellent customer service came across as genuine and it felt you really wanted to help me with my query. It was refreshing to see.

Genuinely the worst customer service experience

Now I’m a fairly tolerant person, however Dormeo are genuinely the worst company customer service wise I have experienced.
They have no idea operationally what they are doing and promises of service fall flat. It has now been 5 weeks to satisfy a request and STILL waiting.
The worst decision I have made was purchasing from them.

Update 22/2/2025 after Dormeo reached out asking me to contact - After 5 weeks my query has been resolved, thank you. No need for me to reach out to you (Dormeo) any further.

Problems connecting to App resolved by exceptional customer service

I recently moved home and needed my EV Charger unit fitted to my new house. I had problems connecting the unit to my new internet provider.
I called the Customer Service Support Unit and managed to speak to Louise who was absolutely exceptional.
My mobile phone line kept dropping out but Louise kept calling me back regardless and then shared via email (as this was easier to do with my line keep on dropping) how I can connect my EV Charger to my App. Louise even sent me an email days later to see if everything was ok, which it was after her helpful step-by-step email on how to get connected.
The service received by Louise and Hypervolt was exceptional, and I wish ALL Customer Service representatives were like this.
A big shout out to you Louise. Thank you so so much.

The repairs look excellent and have no complaints whatsoever.

A great personable service……

Have just visited the Enfield branch of Furniture Village too look at sofas, and was helped by Sales Consultant Mark Johnstone.

I always base my purchases on the service I receive and Mark didn’t fail. He wasn’t your pushy Sales Consultant which I like but he went out of his way to help with my questions and was very patient.

I tend to dwell on my decision making when making such a substantial purchase, however because of Mark’s personable service and suggestions, I had decided to purchase there and then - Davide range; 3 and single seater sofas. The full experience was was great and Mark explained the sales process clearly. One happy customer.

Motorway is the way to go!

Motorway were ahead of their competitors when it came down to finding a great price for my vehicle.
It was a reasonably seamless process, but I did have to chase a couple of times for responses but nothing too strenuous.
On the day of the handover of the vehicle, was kept waiting slightly longer than expected but went through all ok.
I would use Motorway again.

FHR - simple, quick and great pricewise

I receive regular but not too many email prompts offering discounts with FHR and have used them several times over the past 2 years and found them to be the most convenient and pleasure to do business with out of all the airport parking companies.
I am always wary of leaving my car with these services because of the story's you read & hear about but with FHR thankfully it's all been good to date and hope it continues!
