We are saddened to see your review about our service. Sadly this was a situation out of our control but due to the couriers. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, the same day this review was left we informed you that we were looking into it with the couriers as an urgent matter and kept you informed. We tried our best and repeatedly contacted them to get your parcel to you as they said that despite the lack of updates on your tracking it was going through their system and would be delivered to you. We had hoped that this would happen but sadly despite our continued efforts, we were unable to obtain a clear response from them regarding the status or expected delivery time of your parcel.
We tried our best to get the parcel to you but sadly through no fault of ours we were unable to this time. We hope that you found our service worthy of more than 1 stars after our explanation that this issue was out of our control, the time we took to resolve this issue once we were made aware of it and how we resolved it.

We were surprised to see your review, as this does not align with the high standard of service we aim to provide, nor does it reflect your earlier comments following your visit: "I visited your clinic on King's Road yesterday. I had a podiatry treatment £90. Very good, they sorted my crocodile feet."

It seems your disappointment stems from us being unable to add a free gift to your order, which was below the promotional threshold and had already been processed when your request was made. While we always do our best to accommodate where possible, we need to ensure consistency and fairness in our promotions, even if that’s not the answer you were hoping for.
